We loved Nhungs place. It was located in a part of hanoi that is beautiful and captures the citys spirits perfectly. Amenities are perfect, the house is tastefully decorated. we wish we had more time but we will be back for more. Nhung is extremely kind and offers honest recommendations.

Firstly, host is very nice and warm person, always available to contact. Secondly, apartment is very clean, all what you can need is here, washing and drying machines were more than great to find. Two bedrooms for family of 4. Mattress on the 1st floor was very uncomfortable, but on 2nd floor really good. Finally, location is 30min on foot to reach Old Quarter or 10-15min by Grab. Not much options for cafes, noise from busy road was really a minus. Overall, if price would be cheaper I could recommend this place.

Great location. Maybe hard to find in the community but host is very responsive. Make sure don’t flush tissue paper to toilet :) very close to old quarter. Dryer and washer available. A lot of stairs… bedrooms are located on third and forth floor. Very nice and quiet neighbor. Excellent water heater.

Thinh & My were extremely helpful during our stay at their BnB. Their place is amazing, large and comfy, and well located too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who plans on visiting Hanoi as part of a large group.

It’s hard to overstate how excellent this stay was. Tucked away in a tiny alley among locals, it felt like an oasis of peace amidst the bustle of Hanoi. Son was proactive, responsive, kind, and very friendly. 15-20 minutes walk to old city and there are coffee shops and convenience stores 1 minute walk away. Do yourself a favor and stay at Son’s place during your stay in Hanoi. You will not regret it!!!

The perfect location for us. Close enough to the old town to stroll, and far enough from the madding crowd. The place is absolutely as described. The bedrooms on each foot meant that each of us had our own space to deal with our jet lag. Although there is no real communal living room to speak of, the bedrooms have plenty of space. If you are looking for somewhere luxurious to hang out and cook meals, this is definitely not the place for you. If you are looking for super comfortable beds and multiple spaces to rest your heads and legs whilst dealing with the magical mayhem of Hanoi, then look no further. Nam is an awesome host. He gave us a super generous rate for a very* early check in and did not charge us for two different pick ups from the airport. Very highly recommend.

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and would definitely stay again! When we booked, the host reached out to let us know that the apartment we reserved was already occupied, but he provided us with several alternative options to choose from. He was always helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment he gave us was in the same building and ended up being much bigger and more comfortable, without charging us extra! We really appreciated this gesture. The apartment is located in an expat-friendly area, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and about 5 km from the Old Quarter. There's also a very well-stocked convenience store in the same building, which is super practical. It's a very comfortable place for long stays and working from home. Thank you!

It's neat and there's no tall building in front, so the view is good. It's comfortable, quiet, and nice that I visited on a business trip. ^ ^

I really enjoyed staying at this place with its fabulous view over Tay Ho (West Lake). The fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but it’s spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed is a good size and very comfortable. It’s a big expat teacher area so the local eateries do cater more for western tastes but they’re very good and also popular with the locals. For Vietnamese food you just need to walk a little further. Despite the large expat community it is away from the tourists so a really nice neighbourhood with lakeside walks. The local mall is only 10-15 mins walk away. Throughout my stay the Host, Natalie, was excellent - friendly, supportive and responsive. I would have no hesitation in staying here again
