Vacation rentals with a patio in Xanthi

We had a really peaceful week. The apartment was brand new with tasteful white and grey decor. We like to cook and every utensil needed was available. On arrival, there was a welcome selection of food including bread, ham, cheese, butter, creamer, olive oil, water, fruit juice and biscuits. This was very kind! We were able to eat after a long journey by bus and ferry. It’s a lovely town with easily accessible supermarkets. We hired a moped for 3 days to explore the island which we would recommend.

We were amazed by the kindness and generosity of the host family. We had to book at the last minute because our original plans fell through, and even though we sent our request in the evening, we were in the house the next day, beautifully clean, fully stocked fridge, with check-in three hours early! Betina’s brother Tasos managed the communication and their father Lazaros met us at a nearby tavern and showed us the way and explained everything, and even gave us some of his own-made wine, which was delicious! It honestly felt as though we were family which they were looking after - we will never forget this kindness. We agree with all of the other reviews - the house is spacious, fully equipped kitchen, amazing garden, easy walk to the beach (which in October, we mostly had to ourselves!), quiet and safe. We would love to come again. Thank you.

We had perfect conditions at Olive house. We enjoyed very much the elegance and the comfort as well as the well reflected preservation of the architectural details!

Walking distance to the center of Xanthi. It's exactly as it appears in the photo. Clean and thoughtful. It's very nice of her to think of treats. She was quick to respond to every question we had. The price is an ideal stay in terms of performance.

EXCELLENT!!! our stay at the place was great. The apartment is in the city center and the instructions from the host were clear in every detail. This is a modern, tidy and absolutely clean apartment with everything the guest needs, spotless furniture, linens , bathroom , kitchen. Immaculate HOST always willing to help with anything !!! I highly recommend it and definitely when we come back Xanthi we will stay at THE FIST KEY ! BRAVO STAVROULA and thank you for everything!

Very clean place, just like in the pictures, has an amazing view of the city as well. The location is great, 10 min walk from the center... The owner was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Thank you for the help and hope to stay at your place again!

Location exactly as in the description, easy access, very kind host. Location close to the beach ( calma beach), other beaches in the surroundings. Close to restaurants, buterfly... etc. A top-notch, 5-star vacation. Thank you for welcoming us.
