Very nice apartment, ideally located 5 minutes from the tram and 15 minutes walk from the Galata Bridge — perfect for discovering Istanbul. Can and her nephew are very responsive. The latter welcomed us at midnight and a half, despite our late flight, which was much appreciated. Both bedrooms are comfortable, and the living room, intimate and cozy, is tastefully decorated. At the bottom of the building, a small convenient grocery store allows you to make essential purchases, with payment by credit card.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Galata area. There are great restaurants, cafes and dessert shops all around the apartment. The apartment has a super minimalist aesthetic with loads of light and ventilation. The hosts are proactive when a neighbour turned up the music, they promptly called them neighbor to lower it. Id highly recommend the host and apartment. Pro tip: walk down to the Karaköy area there are loads of restaurants and bars with locals on Mumhane cd. If you walk along that road all the way to the Galata Bridge you will find a heritage mall, fancy hotels and the waterfront restaurants

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and very big, perfect for 5 people. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and accommodating. He sent us all the necessary information in good time and was always available. If you had any questions you could always write to him and he helped you. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on how best to get around and what was nearby. We can only recommend the apartment 👍🏻 Thank you very much

This place was reasonably priced, clean and convenient to all the sites we wanted to see. Mehmet and his brother took great care of us, booking airport transfers, the Bosporus cruise, and giving us good advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It was a great stay, everything was new and spotless as in the photo. A caring host has an address where I will stay again.

This property helped us out, as the previously booked hotel suddenly canceled before arrival. We had to quickly find another place to stay near Sultanahmet, and this apartment was very useful. We were always in touch with Enes, so all issues were resolved quickly. One of the key advantages is the presence of a kitchen, which allows you to save a lot on food.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Very nice place to stay if you visit Istanbul, quiet neighbourhood, close to bus stop. And the landlady is very friendly and responsive, the apartment is very clean, would recommend 10/10!!!

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

There were some small issues with check-in, the front door code was incorrectly indicated in the description, but the host responded quickly. The apartment is clean, cozy, but you can hear the neighbors very well

Very well located apartment, between Taksim Square and the Bosphorus. It's really clean, it has everything you need for cooking. There are restaurants all over the neighborhood and a small supermarket. Far from the hustle and bustle, it allows you to rest in peace after a day of walking. The tram, buses and metro are a 10/15 minute walk away. You can get everywhere on foot, just bring good walking shoes! Hassan is responsive, available and does everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Very friendly, he answered all our questions, without ever getting annoyed! See you soon in Chaa Allah!

One of my best stays with Airbnb, clean and comfy apartments, everything required was already available. Didn’t have to ask for anything. Love this place, will come again

Great location and space for a few days stay. Lots of restaurants around and walkable distance to the ferry. The place is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The bed is comfortable (only one tiny wish - small soft pillows would be a great addition). The kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. Thank you Mehmet, for the support and quick responses!
