very comfortable and practical apartment. A lot of small details have been thought of, that just make your stay more pleasant. Bath, kitchen, beds - all absolutely fine and well maintained. We where there in the winter and was cosy warm. We could park right in front of the house and there was also planty of space in some kind of garage for our mountainbikes.

Mariana was truly a very attentive host. She quickly resolved all our problems. This was the best house I stayed in while in Xanthi. With its location, design, balcony, and view, you should definitely visit!

Alexander was always nice and helpful. He replied my queries quickly. Thanks a lot. His house is cozy and comfortable. We had everything we need in a house. The best Beach near the house is Aegon beach. It is very close to the house(10 min)

Mr. Tzevit and his family are impeccable. I was treated to homemade pastries and fruits. The house was spotless, very beautiful in a quiet place and at the same time centrally located in the beautiful old town where you can go everywhere on foot since it is central point. Very polite and considerate. My stay was 9 days and it felt like home. I didn't really miss anything since the house had everything. I would really like to thank Mr. Tzevit for my wonderful stay there and I am sure that if I find myself in beautiful Xanthi again it will be my number 1 choice.

We had a great time at Zen Villa. The location is absolutely perfect - sandy beach and restaurant right next to you. At the same time it is a peaceful and quiet location. Great for kids! The beach is kid friendly too. And last but not least Mary is one of the greatest host we’ve ever had - very kind and responsive!

Everything was wonderful! Vasiliki was extremely friendly. The house had everything we needed. They are prepared for both summer and winter season because they also have air conditioning and heating. When we arrived they immediately flushed the steam because we were with kids.. the only thing I didn't like is that the bathroom and toilet were outside.
