The accomodation exceeded our expectarions. It’s located inna private area, a little outside the town but you have supermarket and caffe at a walkable distance. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. The small bathroom has a shower too, and we reduced the waiting time by a lot, glad to that. We will defenitely return here, when we will come back in Thassos

We spent the New Year days in this wonderful house. The location is great because you are next to all points of interest. We really parked the car and went everywhere on foot as most of the city's attractions are near it. Eleni made us feel welcome from the beginning and with her contact we felt that we had a person with us without of course disturbing at all. Extremely clean and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we might need eg cooking utensils and coffee and cooking products. Also due to period the heating was on all the time and the house was warm and comfortable as it should have been. We had a great stay and really look forward to going again because Xanthi is a beautiful city with many sights and this house offered everything we wanted.

The perfect place to have a quiet island vacation in a very peaceful location. The host is very friendly and friendly.

Yorgos is an amazing host. He did everything needed for me to feel good in Xanthi. Location is just perfect, close to all the nice cafes and restaurants. I had a great time. Clean and cozy place. I recommend it!

Walking distance to the center of Xanthi. It's exactly as it appears in the photo. Clean and thoughtful. It's very nice of her to think of treats. She was quick to respond to every question we had. The price is an ideal stay in terms of performance.

David was a nice host. Her house is located in a cute village close to the center in the lush nature. There were items and kitchen utensils that we would need inside the house. The interior of the house was clean and tidy.

The size of the apartment was very good. The place was nice. The only negative for me was the curtain in the bathroom. The floors were getting wet after the shower and there was no check to clean this. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The location of the house is in a perfect spot. There is a very nice beach in front of you and a bazaar a 5 minute walk away. Very nice location to go out during the day, evening or night. The entrance to the house was very easy, but parking your car is not very comfortable. The house is on a dead end street and sometimes there is or no space to park the car. Other than that, we loved everything. The host's communication was very nice. I believe we will choose it again.

The apartment has a great sea view and is located near a quiet beach. The terrace is amazing. It has everything necessary for a stay of 4 people. Close to Limenas, where there are shops and restaurants. Chrysanthi describes the location well and assists with check-in. It was a surprise to me that the ferry could be heard especially early in the morning and the special use of the water heater, which must be run for 15 min and turned off before use.

The house was a beautiful, cute house that would warm you up, there was a nice layout and decoration when I entered, the rooms were clean and nice, there was everything you would look for in a house, there were glasses, plates, forks, filter coffee maker, vintage, Turkish coffee glasses, and a very nice presentation, there were flowers on the kitchen table specially prepared for us, there were flowers on the kitchen table specially prepared for us, especially the subjects I paid very attention to cleanliness, the toilets were very clean, I was very satisfied, I recommend

Perfect welcome. Seemingly great right next to the beach. All amenities are within walking distance. Quiet, peaceful, modern, pleasant. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation looks like on the pictures. It is a spacious apartment, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is apart of air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. As a location it is an ideal one that you can visit all the island and there is a very large parking at 20 meters. Right next door is a rental center scooters and atvs with very good prices. I highly recommend!

Great place! Spotless and well cared for, a really new apartment ideal for 3 people. Our little one loved the space! Easily accessible, just 10 minutes walking from the center (old town, etc.). If we're in the area, we'll choose it again!

The accommodation is in a very good location in the center of Xanthi, everything was spotless and the bathroom very nice and convenient, Mrs. Maria very kind, I highly recommend it.

Filippos' apartment is very well located: near shops (a very good cafe right across the street:) and close to the old town. The terrace is spacious and very pleasant with a nice view and everything was very clean. Communication with Filippos is very easy and pleasant.

Sophia was very friendly and responsive, the location was great and very clean!
