Beautiful penthouse apartment in the heart of The Pantiles. We managed to bag a parking spot on a street just a five-minute walk away. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment itself was spotless – loved the decor and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch too. The only drawback was that we couldn’t stay for longer! We just needed a base for NYE so didn’t get to spend much time in the apartment unfortunately, but we’ll definitely be back! Roger and Katie were very communicative too and were kind enough to grant us a late checkout on New Year’s Day, which was very much appreciated 😅

We had a fabulous two night stay at Lisa’s beautiful beachfront apartment. Amazing to wake up to views across the channel and to sit and watch the sea as we had breakfast. The flat was immaculate, spotlessly clean and newly refurbished by the look of it. Comfy bed, great shower, nice toiletries, lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen and nice lounge area to chill. It’s minutes from shops and restaurants but not noisy and short walk from train station. Lisa was brilliant at responding from before we booked to when we left. She enabled early check in and late check out - plus being able to leave our luggage after check out so that we had almost 3 full days to explore Deal and beyond. We have visited Deal before and always enjoy it. Also got bus to Dover for the day which we. Wouid highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Very lovely place to stay! A cosy apartment with everything you need and great views of the beach. Ideal location just minutes from the high street with lovely cafes, restaurants and local pubs, and great place for nice walks. Nice host and responsive. Would definitely recommend :)

Ideally located & quiet flat right on the seafront, next to the De La Warr Pavillion and close to local shops. Able to walk straight onto the Prom which we loved. Spotless and everything you would need for a comfortable, cosy stay. Well equipped in every way with extra touches to make us welcome and festive decorations included. Had a couple of questions & host answered very promptly and in a friendly manner. Only suggestion I have is that the write up needs to be updated as it said “Essentials not included” but on querying this, host confirmed all bed linen & towels were indeed included. Host also helpful with local knowledge requests. Would highly recommend this flat.

Lovely clean and modern apartment overlooking the sea. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable and the big bath was a great relaxing treat. Would recommend and come back!

We were looking for the perfect place by the sea and found it here at Broadstairs! So easy to walk down to Viking Bay and we’d live to visit the area during the warmer seasons.

My one night stay at Alana’s met all our needs …it is close to the station, a clean and tidy house with a lovely en suite off the main bedroom. Alana was quick to respond to messages and gave local recommendations for places to eat. Thank you Alana.

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

We had a great long weekend here with all the family. The house is beautiful decorated and feels luxurious, with lots of fun details to explore. All the beds are large and very comfortable and every floor has bathrooms which was very convenient. We also loved the dining table with the lazy Susan at the centre. It's also a stone's throw from the shops, pubs etc of the old town.

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location is in a quiet, residential area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless and had a warm, homey feel that made us instantly comfortable. The Sabina went above and beyond, even setting up a Christmas tree for us, which added a lovely festive touch. Communication was excellent, and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-managed property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

Absolutely stunning place, better than expected by far. Photos didn’t do it justice and very clean with lots of home comforts. Maxine was great with recommendations for local restaurants and communication was brilliant. Especially when I had a moment when I thought we’d have to cancel. I got the time wrong for check out but the cleaner was understanding while we finished up our packing. Location was great, we went to the Ocean Beach and had a lovely meal and staff were really friendly.

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

A brilliant place to stay for a weekend. The place was clean and Chris the host was extremely proactive and kind. Close to the sea and it’s a lovely walk along the front. Lovely local places to eat. The bagel place was amazing and this fantastic cafe next door with mega friendly staff and delicious food. Had the avocado, radish and onion sandwich, highly recommend!

Sue's apartment was perfect for our weekend in Kent. Perfectly clean, feels brand new and very well equipped. 3 adults and 1 child were very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Sue was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Melody was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Melody prepared for our arrival and provided milk and coffee and the apartment was very cosy when we arrived on a foggy cold day. 10 mins walk to the town so situated very well. I would not hesitate to stay again and plan a trip in the summer as the apartment is close to the beach.

It’s a great spot, got a really cool vibe about it. The building itself in isn’t amazing but the flat itself is beautiful. We both stayed in and cooked and went out into Margate, some amazing bars and restaurants in the town. If you’re a foodie it’s a must.

We had a wonderful family holiday here! We love Margate, there’s so much to do and the restaurants are brilliant. Julias house is a gorgeous place to be, right in the middle. Everywhere was walkable! A gorgeous open kitchen and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat! We would definitely come back again!!

This is a very comfortable place to stay with very friendly hosts and is by far the cleanest and most well-equipped we have come across. Highly recommend. It is near the Observatory which makes it easy for Stargazing.
