Cathy and Tim’s place was exactly as described, great value for money and we felt right at home. The house was spacious and had everything we wanted and more, the sauna was amazing! Communication was first class from start to finish and the early check in was much appreciated. For anyone wanting to visit Brighton & Hove or surrounding areas we can’t recommend this place highly enough, the location was great, we ate out at a local bakery, which was a ten minute walk, every morning, and we didn’t need the car as the public transport was so regular and close by to catch. We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later hopefully.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

kent house was regel excellent loved the decor but felt having a car more helpful in shopping for provisions and getting about as busses were not as regular as times said we had good weather and enjoyed the surroundings it was good meet with the keys sorry we did not meet you perhaps another time nearer to centre penny

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

What a beautiful cabin so quiet and peaceful. Fell in love the minute we walked in the doors best nights sleep we have had in a long while . Breakfast n fruit provided as well as the usual condiments very well stocked cupboard n fridge.we had glorious weather so chairs outside was welcome inside the cabin we are converts of under floor heating. Lots of xtras included only thing I think would be a good idea was a toaster for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend libby n Neil’s stay . Just perfect will definitely return 😍

Lovely property with above and beyond service.

Our second time staying at Jenny's cottage which is immaculately presented and has everything you could want for a cosy stay! On both occasions we were able to park right outside the cottage which was super convenient. We're also big fans of the local Italian restaurant Mamma Mia, as well as the record store Slipped Discs!

Terrie is a super responsive host and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your stay. There are parking restrictions on the street but, I never had a problem finding somewhere within a couple hundred yards to leave my car during the day. If you arrive by train, the property is less than five minutes from the station and it's an easy walk to the supermarket and town centre.

The house is beautiful. Nine of us spent the weekend there. There was ample room to prepare meals, for time together and to have our own space. When we had sun, it was lovely to spend time outside, sitting and enjoying a drink. It is 5 minutes from the downs. The center of Lewes is about a miles walk away and 5 minutes in a car. Alex was very responsive, clear in his communication and kind. We arrived to find some much appreciated treats. All bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. A big thank you from us all.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

Stunning location and top of the range Air BnB! Family of 4 and felt like a home from home. Clean, spacious, welcoming and an amazing place to stay. Loved it so much that we rebooked after staying one night! Thank you!

Really nice flat in a great location! We stayed with two young kids and our only slight issue was that our toddler kept trying to get in all the kitchen cupboards which was difficult to stop/police as there is no door to the kitchen and utility room.

Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

Made a quick last minute booking and Debbie was on in straight away. The place was immaculate and had everything needed for my stay. It’s like staying in a 5 star room, but with privacy of your own home. Whilst only seconds walk to the beautiful town centre, it it’s great restaurants and shops, it’s so quiet and peaceful. Has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed.

I felt completely at home in this eco warm and convenient home.Love all the wooden surfaces and floors , wonderful hot water and comfy beds and lots of natural light .

Perfect use of the space for the 3 of us. I used the sofabed whish was very comfortable. Boys loved the beds on mezzanine... Very clean,plenty of toiletries and juice milk bread and breakfast bits supplied. Cute cat and dog in garden.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Great place for a weekend getaway, with a lovely host and beautiful surroundings. the Hot Tub was a great addition as well!
