We so enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous historic home. The owner has done such a lovely job with the decor and overall feel of the space, and I especially enjoyed the artwork and small touches that fit in beautifully with the character of the building. Wonderful village to explore, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Loved the added information in the welcome book that gave so much great info about the history of the building. It made the stay feel even more special!

Pretty house, absolutely spotless. Jayne was so thoughtful to leave us a welcome bottle and some snacks, tea and milk. Very comfortable bed with good quality linens and towels. Very well equipped kitchen.

Absolutely loved our New Year’s stay at Dawn and Andy’s! Even though we were up against it with some awful weather the pod offered a cosy and warm respite right in the heart of the woods. Andy was super welcoming on arrival and gave us some pointers for the area. We enjoyed a nice walk in the woods (on the doorstep!) with our little sausage dog Pablo. The following day we took a trip to Shrewsbury town centre to see some friends and mooch around, it’s a lovely town and only 30 minutes drive if you fancy a mooch! Our only regret is not booking to stay for longer!

We have had a lovely stay at Thomas & Amy’s house over the weekend. The cottage is small but had everything we needed and was very homely and comfortable. It has been decorated with thought and was beautiful. We had a great day walking the Stiperstones on Saturday and visit to Llangollen on Sunday. Thomas was very responsive to any questions we had and was a great host. Check in was very easy. The cottage was well priced. Thank you both for letting us stay - we’d love to come back 😊
