Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this particular cottage and the third time at Lakes Edge. We love how peaceful it is. We always bring our Labrador and he loves it. The garden is enclosed. There is a field he can run around off his lead and there are incredible walks across the estate and around the lake where we can take him on his lead. We loved having access to the pool and of course using the hot tub in the garden. This is our favourite cottage as it’s so cosy. We feel right at home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly Lodge- the lodge itself is beautiful and a lot bigger than I expected, it had all the amenities needed and we particularly liked the board games, the hot tub and the amazing views. Also a special mention to the donkeys and dogs who were so cute! Michelle was a very friendly and responsive host, the guys we spoke to working on the land were also very friendly and provided recommendations for local pubs and food- the Malvern Hills Hotel was great for a pub lunch! We wish we knew about the mobile beauty therapist prior to arrival as we would have loved to book some treatments! Overall it was the perfect peaceful retreat for our birthday celebrations and wish we had booked for longer.

We spent a very relaxing weekend at Toad Lodge as a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday. We particularly enjoyed the log burner and the hot tub. We loved the beautiful views and surrounding gardens and countryside. The area has been carefully planned and has a forest feel to it, with a fairy garden, wild water swimming pool, twinkling lights at evening and adorable chickens, goats and donkeys. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I took partner here for valentine's day and what a great decision. Louise was very understanding with us as we were much later than hoped to check in. When we arrived we were surprised with a welcome hamper full of essentials and food which made a super nice addition to our stay. The cabin was even better than how I imagined. Everything was spotless and amazingly clean, especially for someone like myself who is clean obsessed! The cabin was extremely cosy and all the facilities were perfect. It felt like a very private getaway in a lovely area surrounded by countryside. The local recommendations of local places to try did not disappoint either, I wish we stayed longer to try more of them out. Me andy partner was genuinely upset to have to leave when we did, I wished I booked for longer. I can't wait to book and come and visit in the future. I would recommend the cabin to absolutely everyone and anyone. An amazing experience to which I owe to Louise and the stunning cabin. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Cider Mill Cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and we felt at home right away. The thoughtful touches of the welcome basket / tea and milk were also really lovely. The cottage's surroundings are beautiful and there are many great walks you can do right from the door! We would love to return.
