Alison was extremely helpful, and within the hour we had settled in. The place was just as described. We were visiting some attractions in the city (Cadbury World, SeaLife Centre and Legoland Discovery Centre) but wanted to stay a little way out of the city centre, so this place was ideal. Having use of the swimming pool in the leisure centre for free was a huge bonus, we took the children for a swim every day we were there and they loved it. Easy to find, we had no issues while staying, and it seemed really clean. As some previous reviews have mentioned there is no freezer, dishwasher or dining table/chairs, but we knew this before and it wasn't a problem. We had gluten free fish and chips from a local chippy one night and ate it on our laps, and then we went to The Crown pub down the road the other night. Very happy with this place and would definitely use again if we're up that way or passing and need a place to stop overnight, good price too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly Lodge- the lodge itself is beautiful and a lot bigger than I expected, it had all the amenities needed and we particularly liked the board games, the hot tub and the amazing views. Also a special mention to the donkeys and dogs who were so cute! Michelle was a very friendly and responsive host, the guys we spoke to working on the land were also very friendly and provided recommendations for local pubs and food- the Malvern Hills Hotel was great for a pub lunch! We wish we knew about the mobile beauty therapist prior to arrival as we would have loved to book some treatments! Overall it was the perfect peaceful retreat for our birthday celebrations and wish we had booked for longer.

The Cottage Garden Hideaway was a perfect place for me to stop for a weekend in the area on my motorbike. Carol was communicative and helpful before arrival and the property was fresh, clean and looked recently built or refurbished. Easily and privately accessed but with the option of connecting with Carol in the main house if needed. Every possible utensil provided (many were brand new), along with Sky TV, wifi, a generous welcome basket and numerous toiletries. The unit is compact yet practical, with a small kitchen area with various heating and cooking options, a small fridge/freezer, a sitting room with armchairs and a folding dining table, a bedroom with double bed, drawers and wardrobe and bright bathroom with large walk-in shower. It's a little out-of-town but within easy walk of bus stops and there's a lovely park nearby and a handy corner shop. Carol and her husband went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after. And the nearby roads are wonderful!

We spent a very relaxing weekend at Toad Lodge as a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday. We particularly enjoyed the log burner and the hot tub. We loved the beautiful views and surrounding gardens and countryside. The area has been carefully planned and has a forest feel to it, with a fairy garden, wild water swimming pool, twinkling lights at evening and adorable chickens, goats and donkeys. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

By far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Absolutely loved our stay in the Pear accommodation. It has everything we could possibly need, extremely cosy, clean and spacious. So many little extra details that were really well thought of - everything we could think of, they had too. We initially thought it could be quite a cold stay, especially as it snowed quite a bit on our first night. However the heating was almost instant to warm up the entire place to get it nice and comfortable - and I mean, from very cold to perfect temperature in 5 minutes. Lovely little touches too, like a friendly goody basket and a few nice things in the fridge for us too. Very kind! Could not recommend highly enough. After our first night I actually looked to see if we could extend our stay a few more days - but it was already booked. I'll 100% be looking to book this accommodation anytime I'm back in the area. Thank you very much!
