The house exceeded our expectations and we loved our stay. Everything was clean and beautifully presented - the Christmas touches made it feel very homely. There was plenty for the kids which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing lots from home etc. very warm, cosy, and a lovely place to be. Thank you so much!

Pete & Jenny were very helpful & friendly with great communication from the booking process & throughout our stay. The Potting Shed is the perfect place to stay. The accommodation is well laid out and tucked away. Sam and Karen are friendly hosts but respect your privacy. We enjoyed sitting in the orchard area and were lucky with the weather. We walked to The Leather and Lace pub (10 min walk through the village), where we enjoyed a delicious burger. The pub is so interesting, full of retro accessories. The beer was well kept too. We enjoyed walking in the local area, visiting Glastonbury and walking further afield. Thank you Karen and Sam for your warm welcome and our generous goody basket, milk and local apple juice. We would definitely like to return. Mel and Simon

I stayed a couple of nights as I was attending a dance workshop in Cossington, a neighbouring village, and needed somewhere to stay, preferably where I could cater for myself without needing to go out in the evening. The shepherd’s hut was ideal, with a hob, air fryer and microwave. The large double bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. It’s very quiet and peaceful with a view over fields. In summer, when you can use the barbecue, and make use of the outdoor space, even better.
