Fantastic stay. Very cosy and comfortable. Only a 25 min tube from central. Felt very safe in that area too. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would stay again.

We loved the place ! It was very nice and cosy. Even though it’s a smaller house it’s very well organised, and has a nice division between spaces which, in a studio, is hard to find. The surroundings were amazing as it was close to Woodford south metro station and had some nice local shops along the way. There are restaurants and markets as well as coffee shops that are very pleasant. If you like thrifting as well, you’ll find some very good charity shops with low prices and good finds. The place was clean and had the basics as listed in the listing. Very quiet and cosy place to stay if you visit London. In general we loved our stay here and hope to come back 😊

At first I was a bit worried that it might be too far away from central London but there was actually bus stops all around the avenue and everything was at most 1h away. It could sound like a lot but it honestly wasn't at all. The place itself was amazing to stay at. Mirjam was a lovely host and helped me for anything I needed ! Also had great talks with her son Tarkan. Wishing the best for both of them and their 2 lovely cats !
