Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Windsor and Maidenhead

Thank you so much for a fab stay, the welcome baskets were a lovely touch! Had an issue with the boiler but Jamie sorted within an hour of our arrival which was incredible. Will definitely stay again, thank you!

Caroline's cottage in Chawton was perfect for a February holiday and she was a generous host. We enjoyed lovely walks in the countryside around Chawton, Farringdon and Selborne and it was a treat to return to the comfortable house and log burner in the evenings. There was plenty of interest with Jane Austen's House and Chawton House both open in the village and Gilbert White's House nearby in Selborne. We had everything we needed by way of guide books and maps to find our way around.

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

Spacious property with great layout. Super warm and cosy in February. Clean and tidy. Near bus stop so easy to get in to Oxford. Walkable Queen's Head pub did delicious Thai food. We had the perfect weekend in a very comfortable home. Great communications from hosts. Thank you.

We enjoyed a family meet up immensely. Very homey and comfortable and Diana and Mary plus their dogs were charming.

The flat was easy to find and in a brilliant location. The immediate surroundings were quiet with access to the gardens of the National Archives and the Thames path. It is a warm, clutter free, modern flat in a well cared for block. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

Monia was extremely friendly and responsive. She was very polite and attended to any issue immediately even though she was traveling overseas over the Christmas New Year break.

Cute and modern unit at the heart of one of the most prime residential areas in London. Spacious, comfortable and makes me feel home. Furnitures and kitchen stuff are also new and of high quality. The unit is above a restaurant with extremely helpful and kind staff. The entrance is through restaurant front door or kitchen which is a bit unconventional. It can get noisy in the evening particularly for early sleepers. I personally find heating not 100% sufficient but I just moved from a tropical country to London in the coldest month here. Fantastic experience overall and I want to thank Anna and Jenifer for hosting and for always responding within 30 minutes (no exaggeration!). If I have a chance I would come back again!

What can I say other than Neil's place was the perfect proper flat in the perfect area. The apartment was super clean, felt homey and comfortable. The underground was at a very short walking distance making all historic attractions accessible with a short tube ride. In addition to being in an accessible area it is also in the heart of Notting hill where you can enjoy all the local and infamous shops as seen on Tik Tok at a walking distance. In short I would absolutely recommend and if ever I get the pleasure of traveling back I would definitely stay at Neil's place !

We had a great time staying at Adam's flat in Hampstead. The flat is very well located in central Hampstead, near the no. 46 bus stop. It's light, quiet and as described. Adam met us at check in and was very helpful. We hope to be back. Ross and Anthony.

The space is really nicely decorated with so many nice and well made features. Great kitchen cupboards for example. Nicely sunny, but also with good shading for privacy and sleeping. Very quiet. Only heard the neighbor above a few times walking around. No bother at all. Lots of pubs shops and the king of street shopping just a couple blocks away. Really easy to get there from Heathrow or London City or St. Pancras. Just an amazing place and a terrific host who went well above and beyond being helpful with my messing up the reservation initially. Thank you James very much.

My stay at this Airbnb was truly amazing and it helped make our London vacay that much more special. The location was perfect (I mean there was a 24-hour grocery store right up the street!); and the apartment was simply stunning (seriously, the pics don’t do it justice!). But it were the hosts who made the world of difference. They were super helpful, kind and accommodating… and went out of their way to advise and assist, regardless of the time or day. If you want a home away from home, this is definitely the one.

Susan's place is absolutely lovely. It's a wonderful example of a stylish English home for family or friends reunions. The outdoor space is safe and a wonderful place for children. The house is truly a home and has that warm and inclusive vibe. We will definitely be back.
