Great stay. Very quiet location but tons to do in the area. The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery and appliances.

Norma is a great host, very responsive. She provided lots of helpful local information. The location is absolutely awesome. We would have loved to stay longer but could not extend our stay.

Very clean and cozy place! Well kept and clean. Nice decor to go with atmosphere! Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Watched the sunset and Manatees from the picnic table on dock. Plenty of choices for Restaurants in area & kitchen amenities perfect for quick meal at home. Quick access to boat rental and snorkeling.

Comfortable stay, and very responsive host!

Great stay with Justin in Tavernier! It was our first time to FL (and the Keys) and this was a great spot along the way to stay. The amenities were amazing, we took note of the care and thought that went into this rental. the kitchen utensils were top notch and were exactly what we needed. The ice maker was an added bonus. The A/C worked great! The decor was really nice. The only thing that was a minus in our book was the feel of the bed, it was way too soft (but to each their own!) That wouldn't stop me from staying in this location again. The noise of the restaurant patrons was a bit much one night but didnt last too long past "closing time" so it was okay. Everything was clean and looked very nice. The book with recommendations around the area was an added touch. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

Danielle's Luna Bay Breeze was over the top w/amenities. Her attention to everything was remarkable! There were snacks, coffee, tea, sweeteners, kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING to cook, bathrooms had starter shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, toothpaste, lotion. There were TVs is almost every room and even outside. The inside of the unit was spotless. Outside has several sitting areas, gas grills, eating areas, kayaks, life jackets, bicycles, helmets, every kind of beach equipment imaginable, the breeze way area was phenomenal with compfy seating, TV, refrigerator and more. There is fishing equipment, bait fridge and fish cleaning area. There is a pristine swimming pool with floaties for lounging. Nighttime outside is lit up with beautiful lights everywhere to enjoy a nighttime swim. All of this situated on a canal with a floating dock. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Danielle was extremely responsive to any questions we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great stay in Key Colony. We come to fish and lobster and rest. This place met all of our needs. Our family was comfortable, the house was clean, and we had an incredible stay. We have already rebooked for next year!

Fantastic location and lovely house.

Great place! Kids had fun fishing off the dock! Had our morning visit from the our favorite manatee. Beach was very close and very clean with plenty of seating. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax this would be a great place. Most restaurants and things to do is around 10-15 min drive.

Excellent place we had everything we needed for a great time, the boat dock was great in keeping your boat safe and scratch free, the front parking is big, very convenient, great location and great host

The how accommodated 10 people very well. Any issued we had the first day were taken care of right away. The only drawback was the view. Sitting on the outside balcony did not have a very good view and close to main road with traffic noise. Other than that we had a great time.

From the day we booked our stay the communication from Diana was positive and consistent. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished inside and out. The next-door neighbors were very welcoming, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The property provides a beautiful outdoor area with a gas fire pit, refrigerator for drinks and games for fun. It was the perfect place to wind down and relax. This location will be on our list of places to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

This place is truly a gem perfect for a couple or a family very worth the price for the location and the place location is private with a very clean pool overall everything is great if you have the opportunity to book this place I definitively recommend getting it

This place was beautiful. Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and even left 2 fishing poles for the next people to enjoy. The Cabana Club was fun to hang out at and was a easy walk. We also enjoyed Island Fish Company and Sparky's down the way. Hope to be back!

Very close to local attractions and had adorable game area (darts, corn hole, etc). Pool was convenient and very clean. Great condo with all you need.

This condo is a great place just off of the water and close to good restaurants and stores. It is super clean and has all of the necessities for our family to feel very comfortable. There is even a high chair for my 9 month old granddaughter. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated with great showers. The complex is a family friendly resort with a nice pool just outside of the condo and a little playground for the kids too. Diane is a great host: friendly, responsive and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying at this condo for a restful and relaxing time.

We had a wonderful stay. From booking to checking in and enjoying the condo very much. Our only disappointment was that the pool Mermaid Bar and the beach Cafe and rest rooms were closed for our entire stay due to renovations. The pool and the beach are very nice though! Probably at no fault to the condo owners. They were very kind to accommodate us when our departing flight was delayed. I would highly recommend this condo. We hope to come back in the near future

The home was perfect. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, even brought my 3 boys a box of popsicles! The condo was steps away from the lagoon, where we spent most our time. Had kayak boats, life jackets, masks, towels, everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year! 😊

It was set up well for guests. The covered parking was very helpful. There were multiple areas to sit by the bay and watch the sunset. The music from the Caribbean Club could be heard by the bay which was nice. The outside common area with singing chairs was nice as well as the indoor common area. We wanted to have easy access to Key Largo on the Overseas Highway and this really worked well. We plan to return in the future.
