Vacation rentals with a pool in Wiltshire

Victoria's place was wonderful! Our family stayed for the weekend and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. the facilities onsite are great, and visiting with your family you won't get bored. Victoria was very responsive, and provided complimentary gifts for my Mums 50th. I recommend this place highly!

Great place very peaceful surroundings worked well for family with young and older children would most definitely go back. Couple of gifts left on doorstep before Christmas and bottle of wine on arrival was a really nice touch

Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Enjoyed our stay for New Year despite the poor weather. Hosts were super helpful and the most responsive we’ve ever had. Property was well equipped including lots of board games and an Xbox. It was good for our short break but bit of a squeeze for six adults and two older teenagers.

Great house & location to celebrate a milestone birthday. Very spacious inside. Great facilities. Games room & pool were a hit. Very clean and tidy & had everything you needed. The hosts were very accommodating & flexible & had great communication. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lake view house. Peaceful, felt secluded but not secluded. The house was to a clean and high standard finish with everything to get you started, and for a family with small kids the small things made such a difference, kitchen was fitted out to a high spec, beautiful fireplace for cold nights, games/books in the cupboard, garden furniture for sitting by the lake, plenty of towels for the pool (which we used every day)… thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we’ll be back :) Masuma & Tan

Warm, comfy and clean. Ideal location near the restaurant and spa. Great location and facilities for a gathering with my friends. Communication with host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely return.

Sue was a fantastic host, and The Retreat was a gorgeous place to stay. It was immaculate, spacious and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the garden and overall peacefulness of the location. Provision of baby equipment was excellent and a huge help. Thank you so much! We'd love to return.
