Our family had a wonderful stay! Very beautiful location. The house was lovely inside and had plenty of space. We loved the windows in the sunroom looking out at the river. We spent a lot of time at the dock enjoying the river.

We had an amazing experience at this charming cottage in Norfolk, VA! The location is perfect, with the beach just a few blocks away, allowing us to enjoy the sandy beach during our stay easily. The cottage itself is a true oasis, providing a cozy and comfortable home away from home for our family. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the host, Nancy. She is, without a doubt, the kindest and most welcoming host we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Her warmth and genuine care for her guests are evident in every interaction. Nancy's passion for the area shines through, and she's happy to share her knowledge of local attractions and historic sites. The cottage is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this little oasis to anyone looking for a delightful getaway in Norfolk, whether you're seeking a beach vacation, historic exploration, or simply a peaceful retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Krystal’s place. It was the perfect place to rest, relax, enjoy a meal and a shower for a short overnight stay. The decor is beautiful, the porch space is a lovely haven of relaxation, and the waterfall shower head was a real treat! Krystal’s communication was clear, kind, and prompt. We would stay here again!

Clean Place with thoughtful touches from the host. Place has a pool and mini cinema. Would definitely book this place again when am next in Virginia

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

We met Sabrina upon our arrival and she was very kind and caring and made us feel right at home. We were present with a lovely home to stay in and enjoy our family. Thank you, Sabrina.

We loved our stay at the Rosé Retreat and are so sad to leave! The place was spacious and beautiful- we felt right at home. The surroundings were so peaceful and serene. Roxanne and Tara were very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family to spend a fun weekend together. When we come back to Irvington, we will absolutely stay at the Rosé Retreat again!

Our only complaint is we wish our stay could have been longer! Gorgeous views, lovely home and so many thoughtful details for guests. 10/10, no notes. We felt right at home and will stay here next time we’re in the area for sure!

We travelled with kids, the backyard was like a paradise for them. This house was convenient to activities and shopping around Norfolk and was an awesome place to return to at the end of a full day of exploring.

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We were in town to visit family nearby and the location was perfect. We did not spend much time at the house but in the evening had a chance to try out the hot tub, which was wonderful, and everything was clean. If you hear music out of nowhere, there is a clock that chimes a song- it is not the ice cream man or Alexa going rogue lol. Adam was helpful ahead of the trip and responsive. He left very thorough instructions and recommendations for us. There were lots of pillows for the bed and we found the mattress comfortable (I was nervous from a few reviews about it being too firm). Frankie was often hanging near the entrances and front bushes, so just be mindful when opening the doors that she may want to sneak in. Overall, great stay!

Rachel’s place was one of the reasons why our spring break was so amazing this year. As soon as you enter the house you notice the cozy beach vibe theme. The house is nicely organized and put together. The game room was a fun addition as well. The backyard is well kept with the beautiful green grass cut and edged. The gazebo area has a fire pit and hot tub. Let me tell you… such an amazing vibe in the back yard. We had so much fun listening to music and making smores all night! They thought of everything here! There’s an actual sauna in the master bedroom. I was bummed because we forgot our wireless speaker at home, but guess what… they have one available for you to use and fully charged! Let’s talk about the furniture. They actually put money into the furniture here. The couch was huge and cozy. The beds were not stiff at all. In fact my kids bragged about how comfortable their bed was and how they couldn’t wait to hit the hay that night! This place is worth every penny.

Kiána was super responsive and very kind! So thankful she helped us out last minute too! Anything we needed she was there to help! Hail to the redskins!!

Absolutely beautiful overlook to the water from the entire rear of the house. Huge deck with plenty of seating and things to do. The inside is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We would visit again in the future without hesitation!

This is such a unique property! It was perfect for our family. We knew the weather was going to be cold and rainy for ~half our visit, but Jessica’s house did not disappoint. There is so much to do, which resulted in priceless family time. When the weather cleared, we fully enjoyed the outside amenities. The pickleball court, sauna, and hot tub were big hits. Jessica is a great communicator and enabled a memorable Spring Break for our kids.

Maria’s space was a perfect getaway! The house is clean and welcoming! They even had pet bows and toys which I thought was so sweet! Maria was very kind and responsive and gave a lot of great recommendations ! We had Brenda come to the house for a private dinner, and she was also amazing ❤️ 10/10 would stay here again

Really enjoyed having a clean and accommodating place to stay.

We were looking to explore a part of Virginia Beach that was quieter than the tourist-heavy Boardwalk area, and this neighborhood fit the bill. We used the nearly trail to walk to supper, and then walked 2 blocks to the public access to a beach on the bay. The state park was a 5 minute drive. Audrey provided bikes and beach equipment, as well as local recommendations, which we appreciated. The bathroom was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. We are already planning to return here next year.

Accessible to all that williamsburg has to offer. close to gas stations, groceries, homemade donuts, and a diner!! the space was so perfect for our family. we really appreciated having our own rooms and my 13 year old loved the privacy of the bed tent. thank you so much for sharing your space. we hope to return next year!!!

This home was a great location for us to enjoy all the sites in the area-it was easy to get to and parking was superb. The house was clean and orderly. Our family had plenty of space and was very comfortable for the weekend when we were visiting. Our dog was at ease the entire time at the house and loved walking the neighborhood among all the other local pups. The beds were comfy, clean, and well appointed. My boys loved the room with twin beds. All Linens and towels were clean. Thank you for our stay and helping us to enjoy a great family weekend in Williamsburg.

Perfect for a sibling gathering and hosting our deceased parent’s cousins. Handicap accessible was an added plus as we are not as young as we used to be! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking a full meal to share.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle's place! We have stayed at many Airbnb rentals, and Michelle's place was one of the cleanest. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated, and everything was exactly as pictured. Michelle was also a great host and made every effort to ensure that we had an excellent stay. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and in close proximity to all of the places we wanted to visit - Yorktown (5 minutes), Busch Gardens (15 minutes), Jamestown (20 minutes) and Colonial Williamsburg (20 minutes). The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and the backyard firepit and string lights were very charming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. The host is very responsive, and made us feel very comfortable. You have the entire home to yourself. There are stores and restaurants close by. The mall is less than 15 minutes away from the home. There is a trampoline park (Surge) that I took my kids too that is about 10 minutes away from the home. His home is clean and looks just like pictures. Please don't let the comment about the dog that belongs to the owner next door keep you from staying here. She isn't that big, and she was inside of the gate. She did bark because she saw us, but seemed harmless. I highly recommend you choose to stay here if you are visiting the area.

Accommodations were totally as described, and as they looked in the pictures! Hosts were extremely kind and responsive and accommodating with a flexible checkout time. Would absolutely stay here again!
