Monthly Rentals in Williams Landing

The accomodation met all my needs. It was only a ten minute walk to my relative’s home, it was an easy walk to catch the bus, although a 30’ walk to train station (and you could catch the bus there). Having a myki card to travel in Melbourne is very convenient. It was a shared house, and all the other members were respectful and took extremely good care of the shared space, and were very courteous and helpful. I loved having my own space (downstairs) away from the other occupants, and my own bathroom/toilet. The room met all my needs with regards to comfort and amenities - tv screen, wifi, mini fridge, side tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers, drying rack …. . Communal laundry and outdoor clothes line was also available. There was nothing lacking. It was very safe with security locks to my room and the main entrance, and to the private rooms upstairs. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

This is a very cozy place to stay I’d like to stay here again next time.

Room was very good… Hongping is very cooperative and friendly person… I stayed here for 7 days and there was no issues I faced… place is very good and near the Garden…
