Although there were some slight issues with the hot water, completely out of their hands (these things happen) John and Juliet did everything they could to help even offering to relocate us to another property of theirs, which we really appreciated. Great little place to stay if you’re working in Rotherham like I was. Plenty of pub grim nearby and an Aldi/Lidl nearby too. Great location and easy to find with no hassle check in. Will stay again and recommend to colleagues ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewall Cottage. It was extremely peaceful and the cottage cozy and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We loved seeing the chickens in the garden and listening to their funny little noises! Lia was very responsive and sent a brilliant mini video showing the street view of the property, making the cottage super easy to find. A fantastic place to stay for my uncles 80th birthday surprise. Thank you Lia, you are a great host.
