We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was easy to access the city of Savannah which is full of history, design, art and highly rated restaurants. Plus it was also easy access to the beach and the oceanfront vibe. Milan was a good host, very attentive to our requests. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Good experience!

Tricia's place was great - it's a convenient location for both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. It matches the listing and has the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, from the beach chairs and towels to wood for the fire pit. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again in the future.

Penrose Cottage is a GEM! For people who desire a private, quiet location between the beach and Historic Savannah, this is the one. No nighttime noise of motels and condos as other houses are yards away. Kimberly has it well-equipped and stocked with snacks and beverages to get you through the first day...with major stores close by. Kimberly was helpful & responsive to all questions thru AirBnB. Our stay was a positive experience. If we are lucky enough to visit Savannah again we would return to this hidden gem.
