Madeline’s studio was a perfect stop over location to visit family. Quiet, clean and exactly as described. Madeline was there to welcome us and to show us around. She directed us to the pub (2 mins walk away) where we had a great meal. Tastefully arranged garage conversion studio in a quiet area - clean and warm - off toad parking : would recommend.

We had a great few days at the cottage which was very welcoming and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped, everywhere felt clean and fresh. Log burner was a bonus. Our two dogs enjoyed the break too, the garden was very secure for them. The village location was very peaceful but for dog walking, the thing that stood out was the numerous paths in the area. Top tip - take a photo of the map outside the church which shows all the footpaths and made navigation very easy. Plenty of loops around the village or out to neighbouring villages. Highly recommended

Possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. if that was my own space, I'd be thrilled! Great space, kitchen bedroom and bathroom was perfect. wonderful.

I have stayed twice, once in the Spring and this time in Winter. It is such a peaceful bolthole and in perfect location to explore the Jurassic coast. Penny and Howard are quick to respond to queries and extremely accommodating to guests requirements for privacy. The annexe is equipped with all the basic essentials, which last the length of the stay, meaning that I can bring my emergency toilet roll and washing up liquid home with me! Too many Airb&b's only supply one toilet roll. Penny's place has bin bags, cling film, oil, salt and pepper, teas, coffees, and even milk, wine and biscuits on arrival. For those who like a lounge on the sofa, this one is not big, but perfectly comfortable to sit on and watch tv or read. The bed is extremely comfortable, and warm, with many blankets and throws for extra comfort. The heating can be on all day, if required, and Penny showed us the simple instructions for use. A thoroughly beautiful place to relax. I'd return without hesitation 😁
