Had a great stay in Stone at Leanne's place. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would love to return.

I stayed for work and it was perfect for me to make some food and rest comfortably. And go for a good stroll from the door, rather than having to get back in the car again. I was nervous about it being a sofa bed ... so if you are, just to let you know it's surprisingly comfy and easy and quick to put back away. Nice and quiet, it's winter and cosy and everything I needed. Patricia was super helpful. Thank you.

we had a lovely stay at the annex and the animals were definitely a bonus. can definitely recommend especially if you have an elderly or disabled person who can walk as the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is ideal for a family wanting to stay together. Definitely ten out of ten for the quality of the accommodation

John's Cottage is located in an extremely scenic surrounding where one can experience the British country side and farmlands along with mountains and limestone peaks with vast landscapes. The place is so convenient, easily warmed, cozy and super clean. We usually love to cook and we found the kitchen to be very effective with a good oven, microwave, electric/induction hob and a fridge along with all the crockery. Bathroom was also very nice with a tub Most importantly there are many places to visit from this location, Churnet Valley Railway 🚂 - 2 mls Froghall wharf Canal 🚤- 2mls Coombes Valley Nature reserve 🌲 - 3mls Consall Valley Nature reserve 🐦 - 3mls Dimmingsdale Nature reserve 🌳 - 4 mls Manifold Valley & Thors Cave ⛰️ - 4 mls Alton Towers 🎢 - 4 mls Peak Wildlife Park (polar bears )🐻 - 2 mls The Roaches ⛰️ - 6 mls Rudyard Lake 🚤 - 7 mls Dovedale ( Peak District ) ⛰️8 mls Tittesworth Reservoir 🏞️- 6 mls We will definitely book again as it has true value for money !
