We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Our stay was brilliant, for 4 kids (2 teens), 2 adults and 2 dogs we had more than enough space. Our stay was very comfortable and the property had everything we needed. The house was very clean and tidy. Even better than the photos, they do not do it justice! We wish we could have stayed longer. We had a delightful stay at the Oast House which we hired for a long weekend for a family wedding. Ronni and Martin were extremely helpful and welcoming. The house is in a beautiful setting, very quiet and relaxing, and is comfortable and cosy inside, with plenty of space to relax and also to get together for dining. The gardens are lovely and there is large outside table too for eating outside. We would love to return sometime! Ps an unexpected delight to was Emmet Gardens - spectacular when we were there with its vast bluebell woods and Tulip orchard.

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Lovely garden flat in a beautiful Kent village. We visited over New Year and found the flat very warm and cosy despite the freezing temperatures outside. We were lucky enough to see the village looking magical in the snow. The property was very clean and comfortable and has a nice little garden and a parking space. It had everything we needed, including a microwave and hairdryer. The hosts are very helpful and kindly left us tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs, which came in handy after muddy walks and a local parkrun! Penshurst is a pretty village with wonderful walks right from the front door. Other places to visit are Chartwell House (Churchill’s home), Hever Castle, Scotney House and Castle (open in winter) and Sevenoaks which has good shops, restaurants and walks round Knowle Park. We had a great stay here and would definitely book again.

We had a great stay close to everything also enjoyed a show at the Whiterock Theatre. You will not be disappointed this is a perfect base for a Hastings visit and Madelaine made it very welcoming. Thankyou once again.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Had a lovely week at Alison's lovely bothy. Very spacious, light. Had everything we needed for our stay. Central to many local sights, locations and gardens - all within 30 minutes drive. Nearby shops and restaurants, pubs.. A great base to explore mid Sussex. Alison and Nigel were great & friendly hosts.

Amazing location right by the pier with a huge window offering a beautiful view over the sea. If you wake up early, be sure to take a look and enjoy the morning light! The bedroom is at the back, so it was nice and quiet at night, in spite of the central location. Easy walking distance of train (Warrior Sq or Hastings) and my fave pizza place Rustico (it’s not fancy, but it’s really nice food!). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, nice sound system was a bonus!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Staying in this flat for a week was like living inside a poem. The decor, the attention to detail, the comfort of the bed, the textures of the carpets and curtains, and the beauty of the surroundings were wonderful. Sitting on the rocking chair watching the sea was a delight every day. It was like going back in time, but with all modern comforts. A few minutes walk away is Maker & Baker, the best bread in town. It’s right on the seafront, just between Hastings and Saint Leonards, so walking distance from most places you’d want to go or an easy taxi ride anywhere else. The most beautiful and satisfying Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Kimberley, for creating such a lovely space.
