The Red Cottage is the perfect base for a Brevard excursion. Our dog loved hanging out in the spacious yard and sunning on the big front porch and we only used our car once while we were there due to the plentiful food and coffee options within walking distance. Gareth's instructions were simple to follow and he was always responsive to our needs. We didn't even use the hot tub but it's in a great secluded spot right behind the cottage. I highly recommend this place for a walkable and enjoyable stay in Brevard!

This space was quiet and peaceful. Loved looking at the stars from the hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the birds over the lake. It was cozy inside and the bed was comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive, and the mart up the road had amazing wings per her suggestion.

We loved our time in the woods! Jay’s cabin was just right for 2 friends - the king bed, full kitchen, hot tub, and porch were all lovely.

Great 6 night stay in Gatlinburg. Great location. Highly recommend. Would definitely re book when traveling to Gatlinburg.

The little house we stayed in was the perfect quiet getaway exactly what I needed. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how immaculately clean the place was. It was also stocked better than any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, with thoughtful touches that truly made it feel like home. The bedding and pillows were of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep, and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The highlight, though, was the hot tub such a great way to unwind and relax. The host was fantastic attentive without being intrusive and made the entire process seamless. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely love to come back again someday. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-appointed retreat!

Dondi was very sweet during any communications and always had a quick response to any questions I had! The house is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Our stay in the cottage was great! We were 10 total - 8 adults and 2 kids - and we wish we would’ve rented for another day. Spacious and comfy, the cottage provided both privacy and options to hang out together. The coffee bar and game room were a big hit! The hosts were extremely responsive.

Lindsey's cottage was just as described and a great getaway from the city for our family. A++ Highly recommend.

We loved the place; clean, neat and mostly comfortable. We came to work and the internet was not stable with speed around 2 mbps. If we'd been there strictly for vacation might not be an issue. Also, if you plan to book in winter, take a couple space heaters or a fan. The heat source is down a hallway and the heat did not circulate well. We borrowed space heaters from a friend and did okay. There was a snow/ice storm coming and Rick told us if snowed in, we could stay without charge until we could leave. We did check out early due to the storm because our home was getting the brunt of the storm and we wanted to get home. I sent Rick a message so he would know in case he needed to check pipes, heat, etc. but he never acknowledged our early check out. Things I LOVED - plenty of cabinet space in bath and kitchen, no weird smells, flannels on the bed, comfy living room with big ottoman, parking spacious and close to door and the general charming feel.

Beautiful property! Exactly like the pictures. The deck is amazing and extremely peaceful ! This a perfect place for a quick getaway. Jenna is a wonderful host. From booking to check out: she was especially accommodating to my last minute request and very responsive! I would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at the Cottage! It was the perfect place for a cozy week in Asheville, and our small dog was so welcome. The neighborhood was great for walking her, we will definitely stay here again!

We have visited twice now and look forward to future stays. Justin & Christi's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We love seeing the new animals on their farm since our last visit, and we really appreciate them being dog friendly with a fence running all the way around the place. Perfect Airbnb experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The cottage was so comfortable and well stocked, it just felt like home. The location is fantastic. The trail out back leads to the park, which leads to the Purple Martin Trail. Carrie was a great host and gave us tons of information on the area. We couldn’t have been happier here!

The Geode Cottage is lovely. I was there during the recent storm. Adam and Katherine made sure I was safe and secure and checked on me often. They are extremely thoughtful and caring. I would recommend the cottage to anyone planning a short or long stay in the area.

Everything was perfect! The cottage is very homey and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home,comfortable and location is great just outside the busy tourist area. We truly appreciate the dog friendly accommodations and special touches! Highly recommend, we plan on coming back!

My family and I had a great time at Kay's place! We especially loved the variety of kitchenware. The view of the pond was also a favorite of everyone's.

This is my second time to stay here . I got lucky and it wasn’t booked this time. I love to spend my visits in TN here because I feel so safe, comfortable and right at home. The cute goats and horses meet you everyday for pets. Deer are seen right close to the house in the back yard. I hope to stay again next month if this amazing place is not already booked. 🤩

Went for a weekend getaway and my girlfriend and I had a great time. The views are awesome, the place is super clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious! Feels very secluded but still very close to Boone and local attractions. Renee was awesome and super helpful during our stay! We will be back very soon.

Close to the river, and plenty of friendly animals like their goats made it wonderful. Only thing is, make sure to bring good shoes or be comfortable walking up and down hills and stairs.

Wonderful location close to Bryson City for exploring and the Polar Express.

The cottage was very quaint and cozy but it feels bigger than it appears in the photos. It was perfect for our stay and I would be glad to stay there again if the opportunity arises.
