The place is cozy, exactly as mentioned. Transportation is convenient; the bus stops for routes 165 and 166 are just around a 2-minute walk away, which is definitely good news for those heading to Koreatown or Hackensack. The river view near the bus stop is also a big plus—scenic. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, and there is a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. Mercedes and her family are nice hosts.

I stayed at this studio from May to the beginning of September, and I had an amazing experience. The space is very modern and clean, just as described. The location is ideal, being close to the bus stop for easy access to Port Authority, which was super convenient since I commuted there at least 5 days a week. The host, Alejandra, communicated well and was very accommodating with any requests I had during my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near NYC!

Kerry was a very kind, helpful and thoughtful house owner. The apartment and everything inside were like new and squeaky clean. The location was perfect, very good views of Manhattan. The bus stop was literally in front of the house which was very practical.

The location is perfect if you want to get groceries, trying out different restaurants or even watching the beautiful Manhattan skyline. It doesn't have the hustle and bustle of NYC where there's constant pedestrian and car traffic which is nice, nobody bumping into you haha. We opted for the ferry which is about a 15-20min walk. easy to get into midtown, pier 11 and Brookhaven from that one ferry spot. Ben was perfect with the communication. Responds very quickly. Check in was very simple and easy to understand. If you're like me where I don't like to eat out every single day and night, Ben's kitchen has a lot of different pots, pans, utensils you can use to cook with. Would definitely come back.
