Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in West New York

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Jeamcarlos was very accommodating and worked with us to ensure an amazing stay. We host our annual winter retreat, and the home’s location and atmosphere made it the perfect setting for a weekend of sisterhood and bonding.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

This house was amazing looks just like the pictures, there was a store around the corner if we needed anything. Loved every bit would definitely be staying here again.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Aida and daughter Arriane were perfect hosts. They made sure that we had everything we needed and provided suggestions that would make our trip even better. I don’t think there’s anything we could’ve asked for that wasn’t already supplied. I would recommend their accommodation every day of the week, and twice on Sundays… Score 5/5 !!

Our stay at Brooke’s was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was impeccable, exactly like the photos. If you’re into cozy eccentric aesthetics this is the perfect bnb for you, it’s filled with amazing furniture and knick knacks. We spent so much time looking at everything, as if it was a museum. Aside from the house being beautiful and up to par, Brooke was extremely friendly and attentive. Was also understanding when we requested a later check out and allowed us to do so with out hassle. Thank you so much Brooke , your house was perfect for our getaway, if we ever find ourselves in Jersey, we hope to book with you again !!

I wish I could give 6 stars! This apartment was so spacious, cozy and comfortable with all the toiletries, blankets, pillows you could need. The rooms are actually much bigger than they seem in the pictures, and the design and lighting is on point and make it instantly feel like home. It’s just a block away from the main shopping and dining street while still being quiet, and just a few blocks from the PATH train which gets you into Manhattan in minutes. Such a convenient location making it very easy to commute into the city without the chaos of Manhattan. Ellie was so kind and responsive; she really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I absolutely recommend this apartment to anymore looking to stay in comfort and convenience in Hoboken!

great place to stay and Jose a wonderful host. Easy directions to get to the apartment and very simple check in. Only 20 mins by bus into NY. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I loved this house! It was across the street from a market and Starbucks which made things very convenient with older children. The house was warm and cozy and gave a real feel of a New York brownstone. It was also walkable to the G train which connects to all other trains on the subway to go to all of the main attractions. If I had to be picky, there aren't window coverings in the master bedroom which woke me up earlier than normal, but an eye mask relieved that quickly. I loved watching the little squirrels play in the back yard and I would stay here again. This house made our winter vacation so memorable having my family all together and giving us space to all get ready for our days out.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

Anthony’s place was a treat. Everything was organized well and easy to access. Place was spacious enough and the outdoor space was superb. Anthony greeted me at the check-in and showed me around the place by himself, which was helpful.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s place. Subway is very close and makes getting around very easy. Ann was very accomodating with our early arrival too which we appreciated. House was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you so much!
