We had a lovely stay at Dee’s cottage – it was everything we hoped for and more. The place was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully kept, making it the perfect countryside escape. Dee was a kind and attentive host who made us feel very welcome, and her local recommendations were super helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return!

Such a wonderful couple of days attending our daughters wedding. Made even more relaxed by staying at Lizzie place. Fantastic directions and info sent in advance. The Old Barn was such a delightful place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful setting, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, even the little dog came in to say hello as we were leaving🥰 I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Very much enjoyed our stay here - such a peaceful and serene setting. It was the perfect place to unwind, and our toddler really enjoyed having the cows, alpacas, and horse right outside the studio. The trampoline and beautiful woodland walk in the grounds were also great - so much space to explore and enjoy nature. We didn’t get the chance to try the coffee club this time, but it sounded brilliant and we’d love to come back for that. A really special place - highly recommended.

What a delightful stay I’ve just had at The Stable. Wonderful farm surroundings. Very peaceful and secure. Rita was an amazing host and the Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and I wanted for nothing :-)

We had a wonderful weekend at Furlong Barn. The accommodation is first class in every respect. We were also allowed to help ourselves to Christmas decorations which were in the house and that made it an extra special weekend.

We absolutely loved this place. So peaceful, beautiful, and quaint with lots to do. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Felt like visiting family when we arrived. Nancy and her husband were lovely and greeted us with some freshly laid eggs and homemade apple juice. Beautiful barn and area, nice and secluded, in a great part of the country. There’s plenty of places to walk nearby including a gorge/stream just across the field! Our dog had a good run around in the fields. We met the animals, including Wilfred and the chickens, while our dog played with the others. The accommodation was cozy, very clean and had all the little amenities we needed - fine for cooking in the evening too. It’s been nicely done. Would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay, the house is beautiful and we felt right at home. It was in a good location to get out and explore the local walks and nearby villages. The local pub, within walking distance was a nice addition to our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable and very well equipped with lots of essentials and extras including breakfast cereals, fresh bread and cookies. Thank you Nicki, we hope to visit another time.

We had a brilliant few days away! If you are looking for tranquillity, peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, you will not be disappointed. The Barn overlooked the pond, so we spent some time bird watching as we sat out on the decking during breakfast and in the evening. We stayed in The Barn, there is also The Leat next door, which we would consider, if you wanted to take additional family members. The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This was the perfect location for sightseeing the surrounding area. Natalie, the host, ensured that our stay at The Barn went smoothly before and on arrival with information regarding check-in and check-out. This was a holiday break for my elderly mother-in-law, myself & my wife. We needed everything on one level with separate bedrooms/bathrooms/showers, this property met those needs. Thank you Natalie for an amazing time at this stunning property and for looking after us.

We had a really delightful two nights here. We chose this location because we wanted to explore Stratford-upon-Avon but chose this particular spot because we wanted to be able to spend our nights in a peaceful, countryside location, and we liked the specific facilities that the barn offered. We're definitely planning on returning here in future.

Our stay at The Stable was superb! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect retreat—peaceful, cosy, and just right for us and our three dogs. Our host, Karen, had placed a well-stocked welcome basket of provisions, including fresh eggs, milk, bread and more…The enclosed garden was a fantastic bonus, allowing our dogs to run safely while we relaxed. It has everything you could need for a stress-free getaway. The studio-style layout felt spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely little dining area, and a super comfy bed. One of our favourite things? The large patio doors opened straight onto the decking, where we could sit with a coffee (or a glass or two of wine) and take in the country fresh air. The location couldn’t have been better—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon and the stunning Cotswolds. A massive thank you to Karen, who was an exceptional host!

Even though we forgot to write in the guest book, sorry, this is worthy of a review. The barn was exactly as described and was perfect for a chilled weekend away. We ventured out into Hinckley but could easily have stayed at the beautiful barn all weekend. Sharron and Mark were easy to communicate with and provided everything needed, thank you. The Easter eggs were an added bonus and we appreciated the cleanliness and instructions inside the barn. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a stunning home had absolutly everything and more than you needed very attentive hosts and what a lovely gesture of a welcome pack we came for a chilled break and that’s what we got we would love to can’t me back our dog loved it too

We had a fabulous couple of days at Joshua’s place. Exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed to feel right at home! We would definitely recommend!

Just got back from a fantastic few nights in the old dairy with our Cockapoo Loki, and already we can’t wait to go back! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and lots of extras such as a washer drier and even a dishwasher! The enclosed garden was perfect for Loki, and the enclosed field for him to run around in was perfect, as was the dedicated doggy shower! I also loved the wood fired hot tub, so relaxing, I didn’t want to get out! I cannot recommend the place enough!

Our couple of nights here were lovely. Beautiful views and the accommodation was even better than expected. Alan was a fantastic host, was very friendly and accommodating. The bread, eggs, milk, an Easter treat and more made for a great welcome and we felt right at home for the whole weekend. Would 100% recommend! ☺️

Great stay lovely location very peaceful. Amazing communication throughout from Susan. Everything is thought of no step missed. The place kitted out with all you need and super clean. Would highly recommend if you fancy an off the grid break!

This was our second year staying with Rachel & we'll definitely be back! The barn worked beautifully for us. Very generous hamper of local produce on arrival was lovely.

Caroline was very helpful and friendly from the outset. We hired Caroline’s place for a surprise for my partner’s 30th birthday and Caroline let us check in slightly early to decorate which allowed us to create a perfect surprise - we were really grateful. Caroline was communicative throughout and helped with recommending a lovely local restaurant (The Red House) - we had an amazing meal. Caroline also recommended a taxi company who were excellent. The granary itself was a beautiful big space and very well equipped. The kitchen area is stunning with a gorgeous terrace overlooking fields and horses. I would love to come back in the summer to make the most of this! The Granary is so comfortable and cosy with plenty of space! The bedrooms are beautiful and very luxurious, it was brilliant to have an en suite with each room. Our stay at the Granary was very special in a peaceful setting. Caroline is an excellent host and on hand if needed. I would not hesitate to stay again!

The Piggery was amazing. Although like photos, they didn't do it justice it was such a lovely place. We had a great time, easy to chill and relax, thanks so much Emma, am sure we'll be back!!
