Vacation rentals with a hot tub in West Midlands

We had a fantastic stay at Fallon's place. Everything was as described and the hot tub was a welcome addition to our relaxing mini-break. Highly recommend!

This house was really special- absolutely beautiful, large and roomy, decorated tastefully with everything from furniture, furnishings and kitchen equipment of outstanding quality. The photos didn’t do justice to the scale and charm of this property and the garden is a gem also. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to strongly recommend it for a large group. The location is ideal for visitors to Birmingham and the hot tub is a bonus! The host was very accommodating with every request and communication was excellent.

We celebrated my friend’s year sobriety at “the chicken place” (we nicknamed). It’s a home away from home, cosy quirky cottage! We had everything we needed and more, a cosy fire, plenty of bedrooms, lots of great games and the hosts left us some gorgeous treats (chocolates, biscuits, crisps and pop) which made our stay even better, we were overwhelmed. Chickens outside, hot tub and what made our stay even better - Kevin the cat!!!!! If you’re looking for the above, you should book!

This property is great for big families. Loads of space inside and fantastic garden with lots to do for kids and toddlers. Hot tub was a perfect temperature and host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a weekend and what a host. It was my 40th birthday. Adam’s place was perfect for what I needed. Plenty of space and plenty of beds. Very well hidden so you feel like you could be anywhere. From start to finish Adam was brilliant. Easy to contact and went the extra mile in sorting us more beds. He was there to meet us on arrival and shown us all the ins and outs of the property and even had the hot tub bubbling away on arrival. Would defiantly stop there again and recommend to anyone.

Some reviews blasted the ‘closet room’ but I loved it. Now I does so I slept in better. It felt cozy. Kitchen was nice and five of us were very comfortable. Neighbors are lovely people and we enjoyed talking to them. Washer and clothes line were helpful as we are a touring band and having a place to wash up our clothes was handy. My only complaint was the stove was a bit complicated for us silly Americans!

Billy and his wife were amazing, we arrived to a kind welcoming and felt like we were at home straight away. The surroundings is so peaceful and calming, hottub was a plus even when it rained. The lodge had everything one needs for their stay and we will 100% be coming back. Thank you once again for having us.

Had a great couple of days at Melanie’s place, made use of the hot tub and sauna! The lodge was even nicer than the photos and soooo spacious!! Even though the there are other lodges nearby, it felt private and was the perfect getaway.

Was very good value for money, as a young couple it was very affordable and a lovely little getaway. The facilities were great and we were greeted very warmly which settled us straight away. It was thoroughly clean and no surprise payments which is always appreciated, the tea room and farm shop near by is a must do. Many thanks to the hosts, we will be back!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this cosy little lodge wasn’t just a place to stay — it was a little slice of “home” for me and my partner. We actually caught ourselves calling it that more than once over the weekend! It’s warm, welcoming, and filled with thoughtful touches that really make the experience extra special. Sam, the host, was fantastic. Super quick to respond and clearly someone who puts a lot of heart into making sure every guest has the best stay. We were even welcomed with the cutest Easter basket which totally made our day! There were so many little details that went such a long way - thank you x The lodge looks exactly like the photos (how rare is that?!), and you can just tell so much love and care has gone into every inch of it. Honestly, love love love. I hope Sam is flooded with amazing reviews and endless bookings because she (and props to her husband too!) has created something really special for others to enjoy. Already can’t wait to come back.

This was such a peaceful place to stay for a long weekend! The lodge is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, comfy seating area and large veranda. As it's the end of the run it felt private and the view of trees and sound of birdsong was very relaxing. Just what we needed!

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys

The lodge had incredible views of the Malvern Hills (Photos do not do it justice), our stay was relaxing and peaceful. Richard was great at reaching our prior to our stay with accurate instructions to locate the lodge as its a little off main track. A great place to stay and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub and bbq. The wood fired hot tub took a little more heating up and preparation than expected and we used a fair few logs and kindling, but was great and even better with the views of the Malvern Hills.
