The Pelican cottage is one of 5 in this beautiful Resort. This is a private resort with a relaxing vibe and short walk to the beach. We have set up social distancing at the pool for safely. Speaking of sterilization, we are using UV-C Light in each unit after guests leave to make sure it is safe for us and our guests. The Beaches are open!!!

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I would say you have to really be a nature person because you’re practically in the forest, therefore bugs and small critters are bound to make its way in at some point which I didn’t really mind. Other than that, you’re in peace when staying here. We saw toucans, macaws, frogs, we were able to hear howler monkeys, it was beautiful! Absolutely beautiful!

Charles was super friendly and very responsive to our questions! We had booked our reservations prior to southern Florida’s double whammy hurricanes (Helene and Milton 2024) and his place had received some damage. As devastating as that was, he kept us informed of the remodeling updates as well as the new furniture details. It was all wonderful! Peaceful and private which we were striving for as we spent most of our time by the pool in the lanai!Birds and dolphins were viewed in the canal and we kayaked around the mangroves and the multiple canals. We enjoyed walking to the Blue Dog Bar & Grill, The Perfect Cup Cafe, CW Fudge Factory and local T-shirts shops…everyone was friendly and pleasant! We truly had a great vacation and highly recommend this place…thank you, Charles!

Absolutely the best place to stay! Clean, tidy, new and spacious modern home. Everything was perfect, appliances worked as expected, well stocked with new towels, and bathroom necessities. Bedding was comfortable and clean! BBQ worked well, as I like to cook outside! A real ‘home away from home’ for us! Our second time staying in one of Alesya’s properties, and will be back again next year!!

Sol Patch 1 was a great experience. This unit is at the end of a small residential area by Playa Jeremi and there were no other buildings to our north with the sea to the west and mountains to the east. Very private and peaceful. The outside deck was a great area to hang out in the morning and have coffee. The plunge pool was a great way to cool off and two chairs by the water overlooking the cliffs was a favorite at night to see the stars. Lisa provided a full document of places to visit and restaurants. We ordered from her private chef Sylvia who delivered dinner the night we arrived which the food was great and we were very tired from a full day of traveling. Joel, Lisa’s husband, was also very helpful and went out of his way to purchase a car windshield wiper for us since we realized that our rental car was missing the blade on the driver’s side! Unfortunately I accidentally rented the car not from the local company Lisa recommended. Don’t use BC Booking Cars Curacao.

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

Amazing and really clean house with a lot of kitchen and beach items, more than what we were expecting. Jaime was really proactive and communicated well, even during our stay he reminded us about things like the garbage day, he was very polite and kind. The kids did love the pool and parents loved the outside area. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were at our disposal and so much more (even a air fryer 😆). Groceries and walmart are at about 6 minutes in car, the beach is about 12 minutes in car. We highly recommand this place and would be happy to go back.

We had a great time at Brian’s place in Rincón! The location is perfect. It’s just a few minutes from town, which has delicious restaurants, cute shops and friendly people. It’s also a short drive to gorgeous beaches. The place was very clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful view from the balcony. Most importantly he had a solar power back up, so when 80% of the island lost power for 2 days we still had everything we needed! We also rented a car from Brain (Wavy Car Rentals), which we highly recommend! Brian was an amazing host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His communication was great and he was very helpful with information about Rincón. We plan on staying at Brian’s place again in the future!
