In a gated community, the home was as described. The Host was a delight to work with from start to finish. Our grandsons attended the Miami Dolphins game as part of a "Young Men" weekend sponsored by my husband and me. We have designated this property as our go-to on our next Miami visit. We are grateful for your part in making our grandson's day so special!

Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

House was exactly as described was perfect for our trip. Marie was wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing expirience

Great big Airbnb. Roberto was very responsive. The space was very spacious for the 10 of us. Roberto was very communicative and was fast to fix any issues I had. There was only one set of keys for the entire place but there’s a security guard that can help everyone get in when needed. We were visiting in a time of drought apparently so water pressure was low, which was out of Roberto’s control. Lovely place, felt safe, and accurate listing!

Nicole’s place was fantastic! The backyard with a pool and covered cabana was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable. Great kitchen and living area, plus just a short walk to the boardwalk and ocean. Highly recommend!

Xavian’s place was exactly as listed. He and his co-host Monica were great with communication from the very beginning of my stay, throughout my stay, and even during check-out process. We’ve stayed in this building many times, in other units. But this is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Great penthouse views of the ocean, and some intracoastal views too. There is plenty of space in the unit and it’s also very well appointed, even in the kitchen. The WiFi is fast. The building has great amenities, including 2 pools. The hosts were also very pleasant and worked with us on check in time which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended this condo rental in Fort Lauderdale. We’ll be back!

From the jump, host was extremely proactive on giving us all the info we needed. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this location, first with this host, and we will absolutely be back.

Jessica's condo was a great spot for our quick stay in Hollywood Beach area. The views were amazing, especially the sunrise.

Everything was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and modern condo, perfect location, and it was super clean. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk away which I loved. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I literally felt right at home. The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Only downside is that parking is an additional $35 a day. Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!
