We had a great stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, easy walking distance to stores and the beach or use the circuit rideshare for free rides. Marcela was responsive to our concerns and requests. We’d book the place again if we needed to stay in the area.

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Dee’s home was just beautiful. It is set in a lush garden like setting that felt extremely private and peaceful. She went above and beyond to have every possible amenity available to us during our stay. Her home was warm and inviting from the moment we stepped through the door. The bed was super comfortable. Dee checked in with us once we were settled to make sure we had everything we needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay again.

This place is excellent for a short stay. Very comfortable and quiet. There is a private entrance and parking available if needed. Wendy is amazing and quick to respond if you need anything at all. Would definitely book again.

Quiet, clean, easy to access. Enjoyed my stay!

Great stay and would highly recommend! The studio was very clean, king sized bed extremely comfortable and shower was the best we’ve ever had!!! The washer and dryer were also perfect. The unit is well designed and it’s evident that a lot of effort goes into maintaining it to its optimal. There are thoughtful things throughout such as the board with pins which shows where people have traveled from. There is a free trolley which stops a few blocks away (go to #2 as doesn’t appear to stop at #6) which offers easy access to historic Dean area with lots of restaurants). The hosts were great and very responsive when we encountered a slight issue with the lock. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best!

The accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable, precisely as advertised. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to friends and family, and would certainly choose to stay again.

Matthew's place was great! As stated in his listing, it is a small studio apartment, but it was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was just what we had hoped for. The guest book was very helpful for navigating to the beaches. We really appreciated the cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs they left for us to use. The location is very close to the airport and central to most FLL locations.

Great place, beautiful hotel in Coconut Grove, can walk to so many great places. The room was great, the view was beautiful, the check in desk staff was awesome. Just a perfect place.
