Budget Guest House #2. Private Parking & backyard!

ElizabethRating, 5 stars1 month ago
we started at Arthur's place in Milwaukee close to fiserv forum/downtown. the location was fantastic being walkable, but easy access to Lyft or other services if needed. This house was exactly what we needed and the free parking was a huge bonus. We felt the lock box was an easy and accessible option for the keys. there was a tv with access to streaming services. my kids enjoyed watching their shows before bed. the pictures don't really do it justice. the house is beautiful with a lot of character. I loved the woodwork/accents. we didn't cook or use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have anything you would need, including a coffee pot with coffee to brew. leaving was really easy. we cleaned up our messes but the host didn't have a list of stuff to do like start laundry or strip the beds or anything. it felt so simple and not stressful like we would be fined if we didn't do 100s of cleanup actions on a checklist. I would recommend!

Cozy and Charming West Allis Upper- Monthly Stay

OmerRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 months. Sarah is a very friendly and helpful host, she was always here whenever we had any questions or concerns. Her place really felt like home away from home. You will find everything you will need for your everyday. And more. Highly recommended. Thanks Sarah for having us and for being a great host!

Leafy Hideaway minutes to downtown Milwaukee

AdamRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We enjoyed our stay. The place is just like the photos. We felt right at home and safe. Emma had some great recommendations that we checked out. Some other ones to add to her list are Falcon Bowling, Wonderland Cafe, and Meow Speakeasy next to wonderland, and Foundation Tiki Bar. Milwaukee was great. There is parking everywhere and everything is 10-15 minutes drive away. The only thing I would recommend is adding more cook wear for guests who want to cook a meal during their stay.

Mikes place is a great place to stay. It is very centrally located and easy to walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The place is very nicely decorated and clean and it is clear that Mike takes pride in his property. The multiple outlets and charges were very much appreciated. The kitchen is fully decked out with everything you need to make a good meal.

Very clean, nice, and secure apartment to stay at! It was just what we needed for our trip but will mention that you can hear just about every movement and sound from the surrounding tenants. It wasn’t a huge deal for us but something to note. Overall, great stay and great location (fabulous coffeehouses nearby). Will keep on the radar for future trips back to Milwaukee!

Private apartment on the Lower Eastside

KatherineRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The ease of check-in, Bill’s helpful communication, and the absolutely amazing location made this booking a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood felt quite safe, and the walk to a dozen or more great local restaurants and coffee shops was so convenient. Driving to other attractions like the zoo and American Family Field was pretty easy as well. My husband and I would stay here again!

Apartment in West Allis!

DeniseRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and simple. It’s right by the street so you get a bit of street noise, but it honestly didn’t bother us. We went during a really cold weekend and it was nice and warm inside. You get a private parking spot and Instructions were very clear to get inside. Great place for the price, I’d definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

On the park! Pet friendly upper near everything

JasonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a great location across the street from the park; quite convenient when traveling with a pup. It’s also conveniently located near coffee, dining, siteseeing spots, and a quick jaunt into downtown. Very quiet area that doesn’t see a lot of traffic and more relaxed than any of the hotel stays we have had closer to downtown. We also appreciated the extremely responsive and clear communications we had with Charles. Always got a response within 10-15 mins. and always upbeat. Overall, a great experience and stay.

Nice place to stay. 10 to 15 minutes to lots of things to do. Does have a few steps to climb. If you stay Thursday through Sunday, you need to hit the Seven Swans crepes restaurant and coffee. Only 1/2 a block away. Worthwhile to stay here.
