Lovely stay! Peaceful countryside but only a short car ride to the grocery store and town. Lovely hosts who responded to us at ever inquiry. We would certainly recommend

The fact that we returned 3 months after our last visit, says it all. The Annexe is the break you need to totally switch off. It has everything you need, peace, quiet, no light pollution, countryside, sheep, walks, fruit farm, Mel's amazing bakes, even dogs are fully catered for ... it's just brain break bliss. Our only complaint is that we never stay long enough! Needed just one more night ... next time. Leominster is a short drive or a good walk away, great for antiques mooching. Ludlow a little further on, again great for mooching and a lovely vibe. Mel & Guy (& Bertie) are great hosts, so lovely and friendly, they really make you feel at home and have thought of everything. We love this place.

We loved our stay at Karen's. Cosy and pretty flat with everything you need. Well equipped and felt very homely. Great location for exploring Herefordshire and very beautiful countryside just outside on your doorstep! Lovely walks and peaceful setting. Karen was super friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay ☺️

The Old Dairy is a beautifully built new annexe creating a peaceful environment with stunning oak beams, amazing soft towels and sumptuous bed linen. There is a lovely shower in the bathroom which is downstairs. Tea, coffee, museli, biscuits and milk were provided too! Bringing a Dog? The outside area is shared with the owner and fully fenced and gated. You may meet the owner’s small spaniels but they are friendly. There is a basket of towels, bowls, treats and a blanket to put on the sofa. Dogs are only permitted downstairs and a freestanding stair gate is already provided. You can walk to the main village with shops and cafe and pub etc. Yet it is so peaceful that at night you can hear the owls and a fabulous dawn chorus. Thank you Nicole x
