Swan Cottage was amazing and relaxing and very clean. we can highly recommend staying they, the hot tub was perfect and the hosts are very welcoming, and peaceful location.

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Garden cottage is easy to find, and absolutely beautiful, situated in a peaceful rural setting. There is plenty of accessible parking & I was greeted by Jill immediately upon arrival. The cottage itself had everything I needed, was super clean & comfy, and I had a lovely few days there. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here. It was perfectly located to enjoy Holt and surrounding areas. The cottage was very homely and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The parking space was an added bonus. Thank you so much.

Enjoyable stay over new years. Quiet village but pretty with a nice pub within walking distance. The downstairs bedroom was great for my mum. All rooms comfortable and cosy. Hottub was lovely and garden area was totally enclosed & great for the dogs. Parking for 2cars round the back on a drive. The road is busy and a little noisy so pleased to have off road parking. Decor was tasteful and the log burner was a real treat. Cooked full evening meals every night which was easy using all the equipment in the kitchen. Enjoyed south creake and would recommend this cottage. 10 mins from fakenham & 15 minutes from wells and holkham.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

We had a fantastic New Year’s break in a modern, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation. The cooking facilities were excellent, and the jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing after long walks. The lounge area was cozy, great for unwinding with multi channel TV The space was plenty big enough for two couples and our cockapoo dogs, who loved the surrounding walks. We explored the charming village of Worstead, where the White Lady Pub became a favorite stop. The landlord, Dennis, was very welcoming, serving delicious home-cooked pub meals. Located in rural Norfolk, the area was peaceful yet convenient, with North Walsham nearby for supermarket runs. Cromer was only 20 minutes away, and we enjoyed a New Year’s Eve walk along the flat sands of Trimingham Beach, where the dogs ran happily. This getaway was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for dog-friendly countryside escapes!

We celebrated new years here and had a great time! The cottage is beautiful, very quaint and the garden was enclosed and spacious for our dog. Liz was a great host and gave us so much useful information about the area and house. Quality bedding, towels, crockery etc (LOVED the doggy coasters!). There’s plenty to do with only a short drive - city, beach, walks, the broads. Definitely recommend a visit to Horsey Gap to see the seals!

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

Albion cottage was perfect for a winter break for myself, husband and labradoodle Hugo. Walks straight from the door - Happisburgh circular walk, beach and lighthouse. Short drive to Horsey Gap to see the seals in molt, walks through the Broads and to national trust properties. Less than 5 minutes walk to the local pub for great food and beer. The cottage is lovely from the fabulous William Morris décor to the cosy open fire. Well equipped with everything we needed. Liz gave clear instructions for arrival and good tips for where to go in January. Also loved the eco conscious sustainable products within the cottage.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Our first stay at Tamerisk Den, but definitely returning in the future! It was clean, cozy and comfortable! We know the area well, but certainly didn’t expect to find this little gem of property in such a beautiful area. Felbrigg Park is 2 minutes walk, the dogs certainly enjoyed the stay as much as we did! The property is very well looked after and the welcome pack is handy, if you haven’t already brought the necessary essentials. We found the our stay over the festive period, relaxing and recharging which was our goal!

A wonderful birthday weekend at Lucy’s cottage - everything was exactly as described with lots of extra special touches that really made our stay perfect! Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Overall a brilliant place to stay for a small family & 2 dogs! Would definitely recommend - thank you Lucy! X

We loved our stay here. Fabulous location, gorgeous cottage (we would live there in a heartbeat!), really beautifully decorated and loved having the fire. Louise was super responsive and helpful and gave some great recommendations. Loved the walk from the Quay along the Spit to Blakeney. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Great stay at this lovely cottage. Brilliant location and great dog walks from the door step. Good sized cottage, very clean and with all of the necessary amenities. The welcome bits on arrival were very much appreciated. Comfortable and modern accommodation - just perfect. Hope to stay again in future.

Beautiful little cottage in peaceful surroundings. We particularly loved watching the many goldfinches and other small birds outside on the bird-feeders, Colin and Diane were lovely hosts and provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We found it a home from home and a great place to unwind after a day exploring the wonderful Norfolk surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful little cottage. Floor tiled on the ground floor which meant it was easy to keep clean even when the dogs did get a bit muddy outside. The wood burner kept us very warm and there were more cushions than Dunelm!. It's very private and at the end of a rough track but a traffic cone told us we'd arrived at the right place.

Lilac cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location and is handy for the Wolds, the beach and wonderful Lincoln.

We had a lovely 2 day stay at Heron Cottage. Diana communicated really well with us and was very helpful with the flexibility of checking in. The cottage is beautifully set in a great location close to Blickling Hall Estate, which provides superb walks and runs from the front door of the cottage! The cottage itself is set in very peaceful surrounding countryside within easy reach of interesting places like Holt and Blakeney Point, as well as the coastal resorts of Cromer and Wells. Cottage was very well presented; extremely clean, warm and comfortable. Denise had paid great attention to detail - not only a Christmas tree, but Christmas bed linen and table mats as well as some lovely decorations. Denise was easy to communicate with; helpful and open, responding to e-mails very quickly. It was good to meet her, where again she was very friendly and helpful. Added bonus - we could see the sea from the sitting room!

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

Puffin Cottage is a lovely little cottage, perfect for a quiet getaway. The cottage is a few minutes walk from the promenade and the central part of Southwold, so ideal if you want to focus your time around shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, or if you want to get out for long walks. The cottage itself was clean and homely, and had everything you'd need for a weekend away. We'd definitely stay here again.
