House vacation rentals in Wellington

Carole was a friendly and responsive host. The house was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The pool just down the road was an added bonus. Good location, with Martinborough easily reachable on foot. We had a fantastic weekend away and would gladly stay again. Thanks ☺️

We just recently spent 4 nights here. The house was easy to find with clear instructions, and was just as described and in the photos. Was beautifully clean and tidy - home away from home. Alison was great when I reached out to her in recommending things to see and do and we made our way through the list! Perfect for our two couples with separate bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was lovely roomy place. Perfect for our extended family to say for w/e. The pool a real bonus, even though our weather didn’t encourage much use of it. Close to square, appreciated Sarah’s communications.

Great place to stay for a small family gathering over Kings Birthday. Easy walk to town. Clean and warm.

Karen was a wonderful host and we loved her uncluttered property with its comfortable beds and extensive range of TV channels! We stayed with a family group ranging in age from 13-83 and the house worked perfectly. We love staying at Pinot Grove with its access to the community pool, tennis courts and trampoline. This property is within walking distance of the cafes and restaurants of Martinborough. Thanks for providing us with the venue for a lovely summer break.

We celebrated our friend’s wedding and 7 adult friends stayed here and it was perfect! Great place to chill out after a busy day. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you to Mitch!!

We had a great family holiday here. Rural location but easy drive to Greytown and Martinborough. Charming, comfortable house that was ideal for a family holiday. Sadly our weather wasn’t the warmest so the pool didn’t get much use, but the spa did! And the central heating was really good on a couple of cold southerly days. Lots of different areas for people to be.

Another wonderful stay! This time we bought our whānau to enjoy paradise with us. Loved sharing the space & enough for the 8 of us. Beach being a walk away & the views did not disappoint. Thank you for having us. No doubt we will be back again & again.

Fantastic location For New Town. Large garage was a blessing. Our work truck fit in perfectly. Quiet and cosey. Will stay again.

we had a quiet Christmas time in here . I’ve got a home feeling . Kitchen is amazing ! You basically can find everything !!!! How thoughtful ! The beds are comfortable as well ! Parking is so convenient, the garage was huge . But our RV was too high for it , also really easy to park by the roadside next to the house ! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous cottage and lovely garden. One street back from Martinborough's shops and restaurants. A real home from home, it was well equipped, comfortable and in winter there is a wood fire in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area as well as heaters that can be used in the bedrooms all of which had electric blankets. There are handbasins in two of the bedrooms as well as a separate toilet and a separate shower room in addition to the main bathroom that has a spa bath. Lovely eating area outdoors as well as seating under a large tree if its too hot and you are needing shade. Gas BBQ also in situ. Hosts were great at communicating everything you needed to know. Would definitely stay again :)

Stayed @ Anne’s with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 grandparents. Lovely stay with 3 generations. Easy place to have own space yet come together in the lounges or outside on the beautiful lawn.

We had no difficulty finding the address, and the mountain views heading up to the airbnb were breathtaking. Access inside was a breeze, and from the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The entire house was super clean, the kitchen and the bathroom were spotless, and the room's were fresh with comfortable beds. Anything you could think of, Wiki's home had it. It was all the small details, that made it stand out from every Airbnb's we've previously been to. Wiki's accommodation was not just limited at what was provided at the forefront but they also had extra blankets and utilities. The hospitality was top tier we are still talking about it til this day. It is a must book and definitely want to book in the future for our Wellington trips

Guy was fantastic to deal with. Very easy to communicate with. We were a large group and the place was very spacious and met our needs. Close proximity to the beach, golf club and park.

Incredible. A last minute stay but wow, wish we could have stayed longer. Really friendly hosts who live on site. The house smelt wonderful and was super clean. Hot tub in the evening was perfect and private even though it's shared with the owners and the other holiday property. Spa bath, straighteners, curling tongs, games, DVDs, well kitted out kitchen, comfy beds and sofas. Just fabulous. One of the best places we've stayed in. I highly recommend Sarah's place. Thank you so much.

Me and my mum, my 2 little kids have stayed there for a couple nights. The house was truly lovely with lots of fruit trees in their garden and Michael and Joan responded very quickly if I wasn’t sure about anything:) Hope I can come back again soon! The house has magnificent views that are great in any weather. The space is well equipped and relaxing. It was lovely to receive a bottle of bubbles & peanuts to welcome us. Michael is a great communicator.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and the gardens were expansive and lovely. The spa pool was a real treat! We were able to take our dog with us which was fantastic. He had a great time in the gardens. Alice was very helpful and responsive, delightful to deal with. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay with our extended family for Christmas. Loved the visits from puppies next door and patting the horses over the fence. We also enjoyed firing up the pizza oven in the sunshine for lunch and dinner. Thanks Ash.
