Fiona was home when I arrived and she was welcoming and gave clear instructions. All was clean and well-appointed. The room is private and quiet. The location is close to a bust stop that goes to the CBD and beyond, and it's close to the airport. Fiona was kind and helpful during my stay. Highly recommended and I would happily stay there again.

It was amazing staying at this place. It was so close to everything, so easy to get in and definitely a must if you want a private olace. Minh Nguyen was so friendly and active!!

Fiona's apartment is FANTASTIC! It felt so cozy and homey and it was located in a very vibrant area. The bed is comfy, the table is nice and big, there were plentiful dishes and utensils as well as basics like coffee, soap, tin foil, etc. The view is amazing! Fiona was also very responsive and helpful. Loved this place! Very comfy for a short or long term stay. Note that it is near a rather popular/busy area and we like to sleep with the windows open for fresh air, and it was a bit noisy due to that.

Fantastic location off Courtenay, but still very quiet. Great reataurants and a super easy to use bus hub 2 minutes away. Walking distance to seafront, supermarket open until 11pm, Te Papa museum. All new, very well appointed, sea view from the bedroom.. Bed very comfortable! The pool on ground floor is great. Alex was super responsive and very accomodating. Host +++ Can't recomment enough!

Sharon & Ross we’re great hosts, friendly and communicative, going above and beyond, they let borrow some beach stuff for the kids and offered their local knowledge of the area. The location is close to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, rolling hills of Peka Peka and Kapiti Island. The accom is very comfy and spacious and clean with everything you need, would recommend and stay again :)

Gina and the family were all so welcoming and friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommend

Had the most wonderful stay . House was perfectly spacious for our whole family. Greet was a wonderful host and kept the kids entertained with board games etc & adults spoilt for book choice . Will definitely be returning !!

We were warmly welcomed and shown our accommodation which was on the upper floor of the house. Everything was just as described and we had the top floor to ourselves. The windows were double-glazed and kept the house quiet and warm. There were plenty of provisions as well as many 'little touches' which we appreciated. The property is a short walk away from both the train station, the bus terminal, and the Queensgate shopping centre.
