Welcome to my home! Drive/park to front door, no steps.. safe free off-street parking. Breakfast provided. You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs. Parking: We have 1 off the street carpark and there are plenty of free carparks on the road.
