Peter checked on me the first evening, it felt my dad was checking on my wellbeing and safety. He was able to tell me about the mountain trails I could run and hike. Ultimately, I enjoyed that he allowed me that private space when I got home every evening. I had never been to Fort Collins and was in town for the CSU graduation. My Air BNB stays are always part of my travels, and he did an excellent job hosting. If you are someone who wants your own space this place is for you. He will respond to your Air BNB questions in messenger within minutes.

Richard’s place is adorable, we would definitely stay there again. It has everything you need, is very clean and nicely decorated. We loved waking up to the animals outside. Richard is a great host!

This was the perfect place for our three-week stay in Fort Collins. The cottage was comfortable, and we enjoyed hanging out with the chickens. Thanks again!
