Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Weeki Wachee Gardens

Conny’s place was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family who live locally. The house was squeaky clean throughout and she left all sorts of little bits and pieces that were so helpful - teas, coffees, wine, first night meal kit, suncream and so much more! She’s thought of everything. The outside area was gorgeous too - even in a colder Florida week! All in all we were delighted with our stay and so grateful for such a wonderful host.

The Scallop Hut was perfect. The house was very nice and the large deck with pool/spa was amazing. We have been coming to Homosassa every year for the last 25 years and this house is by far the best we have stayed out. We were fortunate enough to meet Terry during our stay and he was great. We are looking forward to staying here next year.

We had a great time went to the springs, checked out a sinkhole. We ran into a whiskey distillery in the middle of the woods that had a band playing with the locals. I wish I could remember the name of it. It was super cute! The place was super cozy lots of room and very clean. It was great because instead of renting kayaks were able to use the kayaks they had. The kids had a lot of fun riding around on the scooters. They had board games so we hung out on the dining room table playing games at night. Definitely would go back thank you so much for an awesome vacation.

Wonderful stay! The house was lovely, with a beautiful pool and a peaceful farm setting. We loved seeing the horses and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Joanne’s house was AMAZING. We have stayed on the river many times and this house is hands down the best there is. Seriously, the pictures do not do this place justice. The hole in the dock out back is like your own little private ecosystem with all kinds of creatures. We saw plenty of bass, blue crab, hogchoker sole, hawks and many other wildlife visitors. Joanne was such an accommodating host and went out of her way to make our stay absolutely perfect. She let us check in early and left sweet treats on our beds for check in. The house decor is so charming and filled with cozy, unique and personable river art. I could honestly go on and on. 10 minute kayak to the seven sister spring which we practically lived at for 4 days! We are obsessed and will definitely be coming back to paradise!! At any stay, on any rental app, we have never had a more wonderful host. Thanks, Joanne!

We enjoyed our stay in this very elegant home in an upscale neighborhood, set in a peaceful area with lots of wildlife! The house is well equipped with linens and toiletries and a well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. All the beds are very comfy and the living areas are spacious and clean. The view of the morning sunrise in the screened in lanai is a perfect place to practice morning yoga! Calvin is an excellent host and very responsive! All instructions are clearly available and the light switches are all labeled. If we return to this area we will definitely stay at this vacation home again! Thank you Calvin!

Mermaid’s Landing was the perfect place to spend a weekend getaway in the Weeki Wachee area. It had a private entrance exactly as described and had everything we needed. We loved using kayaks and canoes and there was nothing better than getting out on the water whenever we wanted to, without having to leave home! The home itself was clean and tidy and had plenty of extra blankets and linen. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Andi!

Great place.Frank even supplied a Keurig coffee machine after I asked about it! I loved starting the day with a fresh cup ! He was always available for any questions!

A beautiful, clean and spacious place for my family of 4 (2 teens). The views are spectacular and the pool looks gorgeous although we were unable to use it, as it was shut down for the week we stayed-possibly due to hurricanes that recently passed. We would definitely stay again the next time we come visit family who live in New Port Richey. Thank you to Kim for the treats left for the family when we arrived as well as a blow up air mattress to help the kids have more sleeping space!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Jim provided detailed instructions for check in and met us to show us around. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. Already looking forward to our next visit!
