Great place to stay pool area in evening times is beautiful with the lighting etc loved the heated pool especially since the weather was a bit cooler…. Overall would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

A true gem tucked in a small town. This is the house you want to rent for a group gathering like my nephew’s wedding party. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out with a beautiful enclosed lanai. We used the fireplace and spa but the pool is probably best for the hottest days. Top quality living that blows away the standard accommodations anywhere nearby. Don’t overlook the Sonos speakers built into first floor rooms that were easily controlled with my iPhone. Kitchen island seating for 4, kitchen table seats 6-8, as does dining room table, not to mention giant couch for 10 with 70 inch tv. Shane is a responsive and helpful host and helped make this important event one that the bridal party will remember forever!

Doreen’s place was absolutely amazing! Very cozy and warm. Loved the beach vibes and the background had to be my favorite part! Doreen was responsive, super friendly, and helpful whenever I had a question. Definitely would recommend. 10/10 and will be back in the future!

Great stay will book again

There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and a nice pool deck. Unfortunately it was too cold for our trip but definitely would have enjoyed sitting outside if warmer. Austin responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

The house was nice and charming. Our kids loved the heate pool. Our baby liked crawling on the turf. We enjoyed hanging out and grilling. Boat dock was very nice and had plenty of cleats to tie your boat up. Nice bumpers all the way around. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was sufficient for two full size trucks and a boat trailer. Plenty of nice throw blankets. The tile shower and tile surround were beautiful. Nice laundry room. All in all the house was very welcoming and clean and a good place for a nice family vacation.

Stayed here multiple times during my Tampa office visits. Perfect spot, clean, comfortable and great host. Will definetly be back here again.

Nice Airbnb with friendly and responsive hosts. Allowed me to check in early and helped me deal with an issue where I accidentally locked myself out. Has all the basics in a great area.

The place was amazing! The place looked like how it was pictured and a beautiful cozy place to stay at especially if you’re only here for a few days or even more! Neighborhood is peaceful and quite as well:) totally would recommend for anyone who’s in or near Tampa area for Yessika’s place:)

Awesome AirBnB in a place with plenty to do and not far from places like Clearwater and Tampa.

This was a beautiful space that was very well stocked. The host was responsive to questions and very friendly. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend.

My husband and I loved that it was a nice quite clean place in a safe area. We arrived after dark and liked the motion lights after entering the side yard. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and will definitely be booking when we come back to the area next time

GREAT location for walks in the morning for fresh air along the Gulf and walks in the evening to great restaurants! The place is well equipped for cooking and is very comfortable to relax in the family room in oversized couches! I work in Oldsmar and down from NY every month-ish and it’s one of the best all-around ABnB’s I’ve stayed at. Will definitely check for availability for future trips! Thanks Eric!

What a wonderful experience! John and Linda’s home is beautiful. It was extremely comfortable. Perfect location. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little concerned about the size of the place but once there, it was absolutely fine. The bed was also rather comfortable.

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

Patti's place was amazing. spotless clean, lots of room, beautiful view of the golf course. Everything you ever needed was there from towels, cleaning supplies, bedding, all kitchen supplies etc. Hope to be back one day and definitely would book Patti's place again. Had a wonderful trip.
