Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hernando County

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

This area of Weeki Wachee is great. Lots of nature to see. My bird app (Merlin) listed the most birds ever. The area is quiet. The nature is great. Saw a manatee and many different fish. This house is spectacular. It’s very tastefully decorated and the kitchen has many amenities. The host is a super host - I highly recommend the property.

This is my 3 rd stay 3 years in a Row for Scallop season It is central to both Regions for my preference the property is very roomy with a view to behold this is the first year we used the the dock for our boat it was wonderful Gina is always very prompt to reply to questions or needs Definitely reccomend

We really loveeeed staying at that house. it was amazing, big, great furniture, loved the location, the pool. plus Tabitha was such a great host. I would 100% recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Christopher is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for his guests. He is very responsive, easy to talk to and cares about his guests comfort and well being while there. This was my second time staying with Christopher and we will be back in the coming months to enjoy his home again. The house is well equipped, very clean and just has that comfortable feel to it, feels like home as soon as you step inside, with a spacious yard for the fur babies to play as well. Since our last stay the garage was converted into a game room which was great and kept us busy with many friendly competitions during our stay!! Perfect place to just hang out and have fun. I highly recommend him and his homes to all my family and friends. Thanks again Christopher for allowing our family to enjoy your little slice of paradise!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful scenery near Weeki Wachee. Not far from restaurants and grocery stores. A nice relaxing spot. Great communication from Derrick throughout our stay.

Jennifer was an amazing host.Her home is beautiful , super clean and cozy. We enjoyed the pool with our grandchildren and movie nights in the spacious living room. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place with great instructions of requirements to make the use of the place. Gorgeous paint and visual appeal as soon as you walk in! The bed was super comfortable and clean and the closet was huge! We were so jealous! I highly recommend this place and hope we're able to book it again sometime!

Our family went for a quick trip to kayak the Weeki Wachee River in hopes to see a few manatee (which we did!), see the mermaid show, and venture to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs. It was easy to squeeze that all in thanks to the location of Mermaid Landing, but I definitely wished for more time to just enjoy more fires by the river at sunset! There's a pool table, family bike that seats 5, and you can upgrade to clear kayaks. We had a phenomenal stay and would return anytime.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Really wanted to stay again the next week, but I was too late, the dates were already booked... my bad. Gotta get booked earlier BC this spot is sooo nice there are prolly quite a few others who love this place too!!

A hidden gem, we enjoyed our stay it was near the Coast 2 Coast bike trails. Surprised in the middle of the Moto Park at Croom. The unit was clean, washing machine, large rooms and nice outdoor area. I would come back again
