Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hernando County

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

This is my 3 rd stay 3 years in a Row for Scallop season It is central to both Regions for my preference the property is very roomy with a view to behold this is the first year we used the the dock for our boat it was wonderful Gina is always very prompt to reply to questions or needs Definitely reccomend

I cannot say enough. our stay was perfect even though we were there for a funeral. The home is beautiful and Tabitha was great, she knew our situation and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and felt like we were at home. All I can say is when I need to travel to Florida again for anything I won't hesitate to stay at her home even if I have to drive hours to get to a meeting or visit relatives. We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

This was perfect for our needs as far as location and setup. We have two dachshunds and they LOVED the enclosed LARGE yard! My husband and son really enjoyed the heated pool. Everything was clean and stocked. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was super quiet and well maintained.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We have relatives in Spring Hill and needed a place to sleep, take a shower and get some coffee in the morning. Z Derrick made the cottage very homey.

Jennifer was extremely responsive when we messaged her. The home was perfect for the 8 adults we traveled with. We were very impressed with the quality, amount of supplies available to us as well as the host reaching out immediately to see if we needed anything on arrival. Loved our stay. The house was very clean. As the listing states there is a slight musty smell downstairs if you have a really good sense of smell. I could notice it, my friends did not. Nice, comfortable furniture. Had everything we needed and then some. The location was excellent. We could almost see hospital hole from the dock. We saw manatees in front of the house several times and there were even more in the canal than at hospital hole. Tabitha was very communicative and extremely helpful. The floating dock made it easy to launch our kayaks. They even contacted me when I forgot something and arranged to get it back to me. I would stay here again.

It was all good i like it in starting bed was broken she replaced it right away without any questions she bought new bed.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We had a wonderful stay! It was a great added bonus having the kayaks and immediate water access. We were able to see manatees close up. My wife and I will stay again when we come back to visit family.

Andi's place was exactly as described. Very peaceful area with beautiful views in the backyard. very close to shopping and restaurants. Andi communicated with us very well and was a pleasure to work with.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Such a cute and nice place to stay we had a great time springs is beautiful and 30 minutes away is a nice snow park. Everything looks just like the pictures peaceful and quiet, host is so nice and responsive will help with anything. Had a cute little cat that would sleep under the chair every morning and leave when he saw you. Would book again!!
