Monthly Rentals in Wayne County

My family had a great stay at Matt's place. The house looks just like the photos. Matt's place has eveything you will need from board games to kitchen ware. We will be back to stay again.

This was our third stay and it’s still great! We appreciated that they added some new towels and other small updates since our last visit. Everything was clean and great as usual. We will be back!

I can’t say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay! Lovely and comfy accommodations, super clean and all the amenities we needed. Don is so very nice! Took the time to tell us about his property and his animals, and his love for them is obvious. The alpacas are beyond adorable!! Made me smile 😃 We hope to be back next year when husband plays in a golf tournament - I’ll book as soon as I know the dates! Thank you, Don!!

The apartment has a homey, cozy feeling, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and open-field views from the living room. We would stay here again.
