Vacation rentals with a patio in Wayne County

Nick’s place was great! We were able to get away for the weekend and still be close enough to our children just in case. But this was definitely a home away from home. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained. We will certainly be back soon 💜

We fell in love with Sodus Point and Phil's location during our sunny late September stay. We loved the roof top deck with its gorgeous views of Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. That it's a short walk to the bay side neighborhoods and Lake side beach front neighborhoods, two light houses each gorgeous in different ways and swimming/ walking the beautiful Lake Ontario town beach. Phillip & Katie are great hosts, responded quickly when we had questions and were friendly and fun to meet. Phil is fantastic at giving great restaurant suggestions as well as has a depth of knowledge about the Lake and Bay, its history and the best and most beautiful places to go in Sodus Point and the surrounding area. The place is very clean, in a fantastic location right next to and across the street from restaurants. It was quiet and the queen bed is soooo comfortable especially for my chronic low back pain after a 7 hr drive. Big thank you to you both. We'd love to return again. We highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Margaret’s Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding, and Sodus Point is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the little town, it’s in a great location. Margaret was so friendly and kind, and we were so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. I would love to come back and stay again, everything was wonderful about our stay.

Scott was a great host - super helpful & friendly. The Airbnb was ideal - big space and huge garden. Perfect for the dog!

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

My family had a great stay at Matt's place. The house looks just like the photos. Matt's place has eveything you will need from board games to kitchen ware. We will be back to stay again.

Fabulous farmhouse in the country. Would love to see it in the summertime when the orchards are in bloom. Even in the winter, it was very peaceful and picturesque. we had a girls night overnight stay with seven of us. The house is just totally charming and very spacious. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large living room where we spent most of our time. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. I would definitely recommend!

The photos do not do this place justice - we snuck down for a long weekend with 3 teenagers, there was more than enough space for them to relax and do their thing - and also plenty to do for entertainment - ping pong/ air hockey/ darts... etc.! Place is spotless, views on water are perfect and unobstructed - this is a beautiful and quiet spot .... I wish we could have stayed longer and are planning to return without a doubt! If you are familiar with the area - this is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the town/ restaurants/ old lighthouse .... and less than 1/2 a mile to Kaitlynn Marine... maybe a mile to Tidesides. We were able to use the dock associated with the house for our boat - making it super easy! This was an ideal spot for a great weekend - so appreciate the attention to detail/ responsiveness .... and all of the above! thank you!

I held a quilt retreat and the space was beautiful and comfortable. Ben was very responsive and answered several questions for me before and during our stat. We had everything we needed and more!

Great, peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed the quiet area. Darlene was great to work with and always quick to respond when we needed something. It was a perfect place for our little family to stay while visiting relatives for Christmas.

Emily takes a page out of “what to do when you own an Air BnB”! The house is pristinely clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Forget a toothbrush/shampoo? She’s got you covered! The kitchen includes hand towels, sponges and dish soap - your morning fuel is provided but the Keurig with several coffees to choose from (these little details go a long way when you are just there for a weekend)! We had plenty of space for our family and loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops. We travel to Sodus Point several times per year and we will be returning!

The place is welcoming and the furnishings were beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could imagine. We are already planning another trip next year. It was great to walk in and have a bottle of wine waiting for us. The communication was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our senior dog on the trip without having to board him.

Everything was great! The house, view and location were good! I would recommend it and definitely stay here again.
