Timothy and Rebecca were fantastic hosts. Their place was located in a great location and was so well kept. Timothy communicated excellent instructions throughout our reservation and I’m so appreciative of his professionalism and care. He provided and exceptional stay and I’m most grateful.

Nice downtown location with easy access to cedar valley nature trail. Special touch was the shower supplies and chocolates. Would stay here again.

For the price, you can’t beat this place, it is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The only constructive feedback I can offer is: no toaster as described, no art on the walls as shown online, and the shower head is very confusing. I would love to see more space to hang clothes and towels. Other than that, It was perfect for the price!

A very nice place to stay in Cedar Falls! Everything was as-pictured, with some nice extra touches, like lots of blankets and guest yoga mats. Plus, if you're traveling with a pet: The vestibule entryway made it super easy to bring things in and out – even with our dog in tow. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time at the River House. The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

We spent a few days in the house and really enjoyed it. It has three bedrooms and several places to sit and relax. The sun room is particularly nice. It's not within walking distance to much, but there are lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive (or bike ride). The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets. Would definitely recommend.

We were in the area for a family event. We were 8 minutes away from our event staying here. This home was very comfortable and cozy. Had lots of space for my family and I. We enjoyed that the home had lots of board games to help keep us entertained. The home was just as pictured and was perfect for our families needs. We we enjoyed our stay and will come back when we are back in the area. I definitely recommend.
