Vacation rentals with beach access in Watchet

The flat was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the sea each morning. The hosts, Paul and Becki, were most helpful and attentive. We were lucky with the weather, our three full days were between two storms and it was calm if somewhat cold. We walked over 12 miles on coastal paths. The local towns and villages were deserted in this extreme off-season. However some excellent restaurants were still open and we would recommend Giovanni and Lucca and also the Lime Kiln Cafe Bar. We would recommend this lovely accommodation without hesitation for a stress free holiday with magnificent views.

A genuine 5 Star experience. The best AirBnB we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, great location, easy parking and Mike and Carolanne were responsive and efficient hosts.

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

We have stayed at Jackie's place multiple times to visit family and enjoy North Devon. It's a great location with pleasant views and in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short walk to Lidl and the town. We can't fault it, especially when the weather is gorgeous. Jackie is a thoughtful, responsive and gracious host. We look forward to our next visit to this comfortable and convenient flat.

Lovely stay in west bay, great location right on the harbour, flat is well equipped and beautifully decorated, great base for exploring the area!

Stayed at Sarah’s flat a few times and as always it was a great stay and great value for money. Particularly like having a full cooker with oven and a well equipped kitchen. The bed is comfy, the bathroom clean and a spacious area with sofa and table with chairs. Very quick and easy to walk into town or to the beach.

What lovely accommodation, with everything you could ever need, very secure location with car parking and an easy stroll into the city centre. We loved staying here, Dylan was extremely helpful and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended

Fabulous weekend at Nic and Ricks place. We visited as a family of 7 with 2 dogs. Nic was such a great host and the property was perfect for us. We loved the welcome goodies and the birthday treats that were left for us. The house was cosy and warm and really felt like a special place to stay. Comfortable beds and pristine linen all made for an excellent nights sleep. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we hope to return when it’s a little warmer and enjoy the nearby beaches and walks.

We spent Christmas here and had a great stay. The place is spotless, comfortable and very well equipped in all aspects. Shenal had even taken out the Christmas decorations, including a Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend.

Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay at Maysmore, beautiful house with everything you need for a break away from home. Quick walk into Lynmouth village. Sally is a great host who is very responsive. We will be back again for our 3rd visit in the near future.

Olivia has been a very responsive host. Her place is immaculate, well-appointed, well-equipped for those self-catering, warm, cosy and easily walkable to the town. The little hostess touches she left were very much appreciated (and enjoyed); I would not hesitate to recommend Olivia’s place to friends and will look to rebook when we next meet up with friends in Lyme!

We loved our stay here at Starfish Apartments. The place was comfy, spotless and very home from home like, with lots of books/games/toys for the kids to play with. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay plus more. We loved all the little thoughtful touches that Lydia leaves for her guests. Ashridge was a perfect apartment for our family of 4, it's much more spacious than the pictures look, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It's set in an amazingly beautiful location a short and lovely walk to Lynton along a car free, lit track. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommended it, we definitely plan on staying again!

The apartment was excellent in location and quality. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. Warm and quiet with off street parking with a stunning sea view. Everything was modern and clean. It was lovely to meet Sue on check out. A big thank you to Mark's neighbour Val who kindly let us park our second car in her space. Communication with Mark was brilliant. Knowing the area well, I knew that Sand Bay is a great place to explore. Sand Point has fantastic views across the Bristol Channel. Thank you for a memorable stay, we loved it and will certainly return!

Green Tor is a beautifully modern ground floor villa with wonderful views and nicely fitted out with everything you need. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely spacious flat, high ceilings and beautifully decorated rooms. The property had everything we needed and is in a good location, about 15 minute walk to the main shops/restaurants along the sea front, there is a lovely view out the living room window overlooking the sea. The beds are comfortable and the bedding & towels very soft. Miles was very hospitable and attentive before and throughout our stay.

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.
