We have loved spending Christmas at Oceana. The property is perfectly located on Broad Street. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed and the large dining room was a great space for playing games and eating before watching films on the comfy sofas in the lounge. The stairs are quirky at Oceana but thankfully it wasn’t an issue with our teenage children-who loved having so many beds to choose from! Julian was a good host who communicated well with us and accommodated our requests-thank you!

This is a gem of an Airbnb, close to Clifton with its many attractions, including great restaurants and independent shop, but a short bus ride to the city centre. It’s a haven of peace and calm in an attractive residential square.

This beautiful sea/harbour view appartment was PERFECT. The Host was fantastic. clear instructions, and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. You are minutes from the harbour, great walks and bars. You arrive with all the local information on the side for you. The kitchen has everything you need and more. spotless, comfortable bed, luxury towels and linen. I will definitely go again. loved every minute. The host really was so lovely. Thank you again.

My wife and I have just had a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Easy to find. Much bigger than you think. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. The garden is an additional peaceful oasis. Listening to the friendly cockerel in the morning and the owls in the evening was nice. Also the sounds of the stream gently running by at the end of the garden,bring a peaceful end to each evening. Alison is a wonderful host. Friendly and helpful, she adds to the experience. We hope we can visit again soon.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

Lovely stay in west bay, great location right on the harbour, flat is well equipped and beautifully decorated, great base for exploring the area!

Stayed at Sarah’s flat a few times and as always it was a great stay and great value for money. Particularly like having a full cooker with oven and a well equipped kitchen. The bed is comfy, the bathroom clean and a spacious area with sofa and table with chairs. Very quick and easy to walk into town or to the beach.

We have had the most amazing 4 days away. The cottage was perfect, washing machine was brilliant had a great 60min cycle with drying! (Just brilliant with a 4 yr old) Kitchen was great with brilliant chef knife, great if you’re staying in and cooking. The bath was heaven just what we needed and Mike was a great help and very approachable. Would totally recommend and would love to go back!!

A super Airbnb which I would definitely use again. Clean and tidy with a safe back garden for Teddy (dog). Lovely and modern interior, coop just around the corner and easy to walk into watchet, the shops and pub there and also to the beach. Holly communicated really well and have us a little longer on check out day. This was really appreciate as we had been in the area for a friends funeral and were shattered. Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

River Sounds is superb. The ground floor is excellent. The living/kitchen/diner is big and fully kitted out. It’s an excellent place to cook, eat and relax. The only thing not provided is towels, which given the price is the only thing that’s an inconvenience. But it’s a very small thing. River Sounds is also in the perfect location. We’d looked at places further up the hill and were so pleased we didn’t have to hike back after going to the beach. River Sounds is a short stroll into town and has a great local pub nearby, The Ship. If we ever come to Lyme Regis again, we will book River Sounds. It’s the best Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in.

Lovely position in a beautiful area. Really nice accommodation and hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend.

Big family Christmas get together and I couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend it! Tracy met us at Hollycroft and gave us a tour - it’s bigger and even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was spotless, warm and welcoming. We filled the huge fridge with our food stash but luckily there is a spare one in the utility which was perfect. So much space to run riot (kids!), relax, have time out or just all be together in the huge living room with the log fire and the beautiful country kitchen. Bedrooms are gorgeous and comfy. Showers are hot and powerful. Super soft towels, pristine bedding and even logs for the fire all included. Loads to do - dress up box, games, pool and ping pong tables, DVD’s… Outside there is loads of space to walk and explore, large ponds, rowing boat and ducks! We had so much fun and cooked lovely food (kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need). The kids absolutely loved it. Supermarket close by. Perfect in every way! Thank you Tracy

Three generations of our family enjoyed a lovely weekend at the end of January in Tristan's house. It is a beautiful and comfortable house and Tristan is a friendly and available host. It is so convenient for the beach, pubs and cafes. It was always warm and cozy especially after a dip in the sea. Tristan left us a lovely hamper of local produce which was a nice touch. We look forward to staying there again soon.

Excellent location, and extremely well-kept, and modern home. We had a great time and despite the large number of people we had with us, it was very roomy and plenty of space to eat and socialise. The lower ground floor kitchenette was extremely handy for our friends who had a newborn baby with them too.

Equipped to an especially high standard, this well appointed property was ideal for our family stay.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

This property is top notch. The location is so peaceful and the views from the bedroom are stunning. First thing I did every morning was open the shutters and drink in the view of the sea. In addition the home is so very tastefully appointed and really is a classy holiday home. Little extras like biscuits, cleaning materials and kitchen consumables were really appreciated. Future guests should be prepared to drive by car into Lyme Regis though or face the uphill walk home - about 20 minutes up a steep hill. My husband really enjoyed it but I found it hard - I suppose it depends on your fitness level. We had no luck in getting a taxi or a bus but we were there over the Christmas/New Year period so that could be the reason. On the other hand it is so convenient to get to lovely places like Beer, Weymouth and Dorchester. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and like many other previous guests we did not want to leave.

We loved the house, very cozy and had all the facilities we needed. We slept really well and wish to be back.

What a wonderful find! A beautiful apartment which was very cosy and clean. Lisa is a friendly and helpful host who provides a very well equipped accommodation (including eggs, milk, orange juice, bread, butter etc which was a nice surprise). Even robes for the hot tub were provided which was a thoughtful extra! The views are fantastic with both the beautiful beach right there on one side, and picturesque countryside on the other. The steam train passes by outside which is great to watch from the balcony, and sunsets in the hot tub are a must - I didn’t want to get out of it! It was so nice to go to sleep and wake up listening to the gentle waves on the beach. Dunster, Valley of the Rocks and Lynton are great places to visit, and there’s plenty more we didn’t get a chance to do this time. We had a really lovely stay at Headland Heights and would love to return in future.

We really appreciated Scarlett's generosity, the kind provision of refreshments and staples in the kitchen including, coffee, tea, gin, and Magnams. The apartment is extremely well presented, very quiet and warm. The bus to Bristol very convenient.. Only 5 minutes to the harbour area. Thank you.
