House vacation rentals in Watauga Lake

Beautiful house and location! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Jennifer was super quick to respond and so kind and welcoming. We love that the home is pet friendly! The guide for guests was great and had all the information we needed in it with clear instructions. Chef Karla was wonderful as well, I recommend looking into their add on experiences! We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return!

This is our second time at this cabin and it is one of favorite places. Susan even put up a Christmas tree which was wonderful. Will be back!

Kayla’s place was perfect for our stay. We found everything as described and we felt right at home.

Fairway to Heaven is beautiful and in an amazing location - minutes to the base of Beech Mountain. We were there during the last snow fall, and it was truly gorgeous overlooking the snow covered golf course. Tim and Amie were wonderful hosts - they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying with them again!

I brought my family, and significant others, to the mountains so my first grandchild could enjoy her first experience with snow. The eight of us has a great time and we ALL loved the accommodations. The home has great energy and comfort. The owner made the whole process easy and welcoming. The Resort facilities are excellent and the staff at the club house were friendly and very accommodating. We 100% recommend this location!!!

Amy’s home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was in a very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Very comfortable home and suited the needs for our large group very well! (Both indoor and outdoor!) Close proximity to many beautiful hikes, entertainment spots etc.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mike and Danna's place. It felt very private with lovely views of their land and surrounding woods. Felt very cozy! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances. The kitchen window had an especially nice view. We enjoyed eating at some of the restaurants in West Jefferson and also cooking our own meals in the kitchen. The hall bath was clean and well-stocked with towels. The heating system worked well and the heating stove in the living room resembled a fireplace which made it more cozy. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Beautiful home. Very nice neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants, shopping. Great hosts! Looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful, clean, home with more than enough space for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. Host was responsive and accommodated an early check in, which is always appreciated with young kids. It was peaceful property and we even got to see some deer visitors this morning. Love the location with a quick drive to Beech Mountain and 28 minutes to sugar mountain. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great stay in this little house. It’s very conveniently located near Beech Mountain Resort, parking was easy and the house had everything we needed for our family. Eduardo communicated well and we felt comfortable the entire weekend. We would definitely consider staying here when we visit Beech Mountain again. This property is ideal for a family or three couples since it has a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms upstairs.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I would book again. The yard and fence were exactly what I wanted for my dog. The rooms were spacious and clean. The basement was an added bonus.

Great place to stay at. Very roomy, clean, beautiful, had everything we need and more. Martha was as very welcoming especially for such a last minute reservation!

Absolutely our favorite cabin! This was our second time staying here and we didn't want to leave. We have 3 boys aged 13 and under and this place fits the bill. The location is beautiful, the view is fantastic, the cabin is cozy w a lovely fireplace and a Foosball table, darts, boardgames, books, toys, even an Xbox! My boys specifically requested that we return to this cabin. Greg is the best and extremely responsive and helpful. Oh! Don't miss eating out at the Speckled Trout in town! Fantastic meal.

Absolutely loved this place! The home, and the surrounding property were both beautiful. Bonus points for the super sweet dogs that visited us during our stay, specifically one named Jake:). Would definitely come back here!

Great little ranch house on a beautiful hillside. The house is actually larger than the pictures make it seem. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice house. A little dated, but that was kind of nostalgic. Mountain views are breathtaking!!

We had a great stay! It snowed in the days before we arrived but the driveway was clear. My daughter was able to do some sledding in the side yard. The fireplace was wonderful and we enjoyed the collection of board games. An overall great mountain weekend!
