Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Watauga Lake

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my 21st birthday and had a fantastic time! This house had the most stunning views of the mountains, and there was plenty of land to walk around and explore. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and everything was just overall perfection. Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was great and just what was described. The price was fair and fit 10 people just like it said it would. Very close to the slopes and sits right on the golf course. The kitchen was large and there were plenty of bathrooms for a large group staying in the house. I’d recommend staying here for anyone coming to beech!

Beautiful location with no real complaints. There are just minor nuances regarding logistics, such as how to get there in case of GPS failure, and small details like the thermostat being a bit tricky. However, these are very minor issues. I highly recommend this place. It seems that some things have been altered over time, and the instructions provided may not yet be fully up-to-date, but this was hardly an inconvenience. Everything was great overall. As a general suggestion, the cleaning fee for short stays with two people could be lower than for longer stays with more guests. For instance, a cleaning fee of over $100 for a two-night stay feels quite high. While this may be the nature of how things work, it’s worth noting that the reasonable daily rate combined with Airbnb fees and cleaning fees can increase the cost by about 25%, which seems excessive.

Black Beauty was beautiful just as it’s described! Lots of things to do in the area and made for the perfect couples get away. Definitely recommend, we plan to come back hopefully in the future!

This place was perfect for our first snowboarding trip of the season! We traveled with our dog and Myla had a treat for her ready to go! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay- wished we could stay longer and will look to book again. Great location and house stayed warm even when temp dipped. Great kitchen accessories, fun decor, very clean. Fabulous!

Everything about our stay was exactly what we were expecting. It was private and peaceful. The house was clean and inviting. The host sent clear and easy to follow instructions. I loved that the master bedroom was downstairs and the other rooms were upstairs. We would visit again for sure.

We stayed here while it snowed in early December! It was great to have a getaway and be near Sugar mountain, where we went skiing. It’s also right near grandfather mountain and Boone. It’s quaint, simple, and there is a hot tub!! It feels homey and the view is beautiful.

PHENOMENAL. if to sum it up in one word. What a beautiful, clean, and cozy space. we had such an amazing stay, the beds were comfortable the kitchen and house were clean, every room was so beautifully styled with all the details to make you feel right at home. the kitchen was well equipped as the bathrooms with shampoo towels and etc. Netflix+ TV in all rooms. clean jacuzzi, lovely gas fireplace in the living room and don't get me started on the views!!! we were also with a 10 month old and the house was prepared for that too with a gate for the stairs and a highchair for the table. Definitely would love to come and visit again. also want to add that Nancy was responsive and just nice!!!! thanks again for sharing your space with us!

The place was beautiful and perfect for our family weekend of tree hunting and holiday festivities! We cannot wait to return to this cabin next year. Wonderful location and so cozy! Five stars for sure!

Place is exactly as pictured. It’s a sweet cabin on a very private road with amazing Mountain View’s. Walk or run distance to amazing hiking and running trails. Easy drive to ski or do other outdoor adventures. Lots of books and games as well in the cabin both for kids and adults. Everything you needed was there. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Mountain View’s, fire pit, hot tub!

For our first family vacation in the mountains, Cozy Bear Cabin was the perfect place! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room, the scenery was beautiful, and we watched deer walk across the front yard each morning. Hope to enjoy this location again someday!

The cabin was amazing!! So peaceful and private. Everything inside and outside worked, it looked just like the photos, and the hot tub added a nice touch:)

We had a great stay while visiting for Autumn at Oz. It is very close to Beech Mountain and restaurants in that area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for multiple families to spread out.
