Monthly Rentals in Washoe Lake

We booked 5 nights and it was very nice, the place is very cozy and it is located in a good area, close to the place we visited the most ( Carson Hot Springs ). We traveled with our cat and she also accommodated vary fast in the new home. The bed is extremely comfortable and what I really loved was the porch in front, where you could drink your coffee every morning. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Staying at Greg and Chris’s place felt like coming home. Their design choices matched my own so closely—it was amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, with everything I could possibly need, from spices in the kitchen to perfectly placed outlets for working comfortably anywhere in the house. I never imagined a remote desert retreat could be so rejuvenating, but it was exactly what I needed. Spending a month here was my best decision. Sunrises and sunsets were healing, and the morning light flooding the living room between 6:50 and 7:40 was breathtaking—perhaps the most beautiful sight I’ve ever seen. The house is perfect for both work and relaxation. Drinking coffee as golden winter sunlight streamed in felt magical. This home is a true sanctuary. If I ever need solitude, peace, and an aesthetic that feeds my soul, I would return in a heartbeat. Greg and Chris have created something truly special, and I’m deeply grateful for the experience.

Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious living area/kitchen, I wish we spent more than just one night in the home.
