Tranquil Private Bedroom in Coastal Community

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Jan was a gracious host. I felt right at home and the room I stayed in was super comfortable. She provided everything needed for my stay and even offered a variety of toiletry items in the event I forgot anything. I enjoyed my morning coffee with her and she spoiled me with a homemade breakfast that included fresh fruit parfaits with yogurt, baked breads and egg scramble filled with veggies! I was so comfortable and will definitely be back. Janet is one of the most grounded people, she is kind and friendly- she loves to offer recommendations to provide the best trip for your enjoyment. I don't want to brag too much in case she gets yoo booked up! I felt safe, the neighborhood was lovely and so was the company. Thank you again Jan ❤️

Twin beds in classic New England home near the sea

MaryRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Tom and Kate were lovely hosts. I was visiting the area for a wedding. When my scheduled arrival plan went awry, Tom and Kate were accommodating and flexible to meet my needs. The home was within a 5-minute ride to the wedding venue, making it a perfect place to stay. The home is beautifully renovated and welcoming. The bedroom is cozy and I slept soundly. The bathroom is small but suitable, and very clean. I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the hosts in the morning, finding common interests with Kate in gardening and skiing. I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to be in the area, and highly recommend it as an ideal place to stay.
The image captures the exterior of a two-story home featuring a welcoming front porch adorned with hanging flower baskets. A stone pathway leads to the steps, framed by lush greenery and neatly manicured shrubs. The house displays a classic design with a gabled roof and American flag.

Narragansett Super Clean updated 4 bedroom 2 baths

StaceyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This was a last minute reservation and at first we were just happy to find anything to accommodate our extended family close to my son’s URI graduation. However, upon arrival, we found that not only was the beautiful home in an ideal, quiet location, the home was incredibly clean and well appointed with anything and everything we could possibly need. Justin was prompt in answering the few questions we had, and he and his wife took extra steps to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the spacious and sunny deck and (as we opted to dine-in both nights) we found the kitchen, updated appliances and outside grill provided everything we needed. We even decided the first night to play cards, which were provided and easy to find, for a fun night in. If you can reserve this beautiful property, grab it! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you again, Justin!

"Crosswinds" Victorian on the waterfront

MonicaRating, 5 stars22 months ago
Staying at Steve and Sue’s home was like visiting longtime friends. The back deck is amazing, whether you spend the afternoon or evening drinking wine there, or in the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee or breakfast. They even left us a delicious blueberry and pineapple loaf, and plenty of coffee, along with a lovely table setting in the kitchen. You can choose to have more or less interaction with Steve and Sue—they do mention that—and you basically have the entire downstairs to yourself. The bedroom and bed are very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of towels and toiletries. Steve was very helpful in providing places to visit in Newport (where we spent our only full day), and we loved our time there. Plus, Wickford is a wonderful village close by, and there are many restaurants from which to choose. I do wish we had the chance to stay longer to enjoy the beach, but maybe next time. Thank you again, Steve and Sue!
A dining area features a round black table surrounded by four upright chairs. A vase with fresh red flowers serves as a centerpiece. Light-colored walls and coastal-themed artwork create a comfortable ambiance, with a view into a well-equipped kitchen and adjoining living space.

Chaucer Gardens, cozy, safe, near beaches & train.

JulieRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.
An outdoor deck is featured, furnished with a round table and four chairs, providing a shaded seating area under a large blue umbrella. A gas grill is positioned nearby, surrounded by trees, creating a serene setting for outdoor dining.

A Well Appointed Pad, Porch, & Patio

SusanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I always enjoy my stay at the Well Appointed Pad! I have stayed at Michael's more times than I can count at this point. I travel to the area often to visit friends, be near the ocean, ride bikes and eat delicious food. This place is perfectly located a couple blocks from Westerly's downtown area. If you like to cook many of your meals, like I do, you'll find Michael's kitchen to be stocked with all the kitchen tools and small appliances you may need. I am not joking here. I've cooked in many restaurant kitchens. This is the place! If you happen to be a cycler, like me, there's an excellent bike shop less than a mile away with the most knowledgeable bike mechanic who knows all the best routes, short, long, hilly, flat, to the beach...everything. If you just want to chill, well Michael's place is also excellent for this! He's got chaises in the side yard, a backyard for drinks with friends, a porch with rocking chairs. It's perfect!
A cozy corner features a red shelf displaying a decorative wave sculpture and a desk lamp. Two framed pictures, one of a sunset scene with a sailboat and another with a beach motif, adorn the wall, complemented by blue trim and white panels.

Narragansett Beach Retreat - Surf City East

SydneyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The perfect getaway/surf trip! Claude is so much more than your average Airbnb host: he is an amazing tour guide, he taught us the town history as well as showed us to the best surf spots nearby that we would’ve never found otherwise. Claude went out of his way to drive us to and from surf spots, and even dropped us off at the train station. Not to mention he made us coffee and muffins in the morning?! A joy to be around, Claude is everything you could want in an Airbnb host and more. I am so grateful to have stumbled soon his beautiful home, although the stay was short, it was so very sweet.

Historic Mooresfield Inn : East Room

CraigRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a lovely two nights at Jeffrey and Christine's place. We did not want to stay at a hotel and this was the perfect home and location for our travels. The meticulous care and thoughtfulness that went into preparing for guests was very apparent and the addition of a light breakfast and snacks made it feel like we were transported away to a countryside manor home in England... We were lucky to have a nice chat with Christine who filled us in on some local history and Jeffrey's furniture making craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Highly recommend.
A dining table is set for six, featuring a floral tablecloth with blue and gold patterns. Plates, glasses, and cream-colored bowls are arranged at each setting, complemented by a small vase of flowers in the center. Wooden chairs surround the table.

Thank you Jennifer and Patty for sharing such a lovely space! Finding the location of the BnB, as well as our check-in process went very smoothly. Patty, who helped us throughout our stay, showed us to our very clean and spacious room while sharing some recommendations for the area. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy Charlestown and beyond, supporting local businesses (bars, restaurants, and bait shop to rent kayaks) along the way. She even let us borrow some beach chairs! The bnb is quiet and charming, a perfect getaway for couples and families alike. So grateful for their hospitality, hope to visit soon :)

The Blue Dory has an amazing at home feeling with all the perks of being on vacation. Starting with an amazing breakfast, the beach access, closeness to town and the wine / hors d’oeuvres in the afternoon. Our experience was so fabulous, I have already booked two more mini vacations in the next year.

Sea Breeze Inlet Cottage, 2 Room Suite

SusanRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had the most lovely stay at Andrea’s place. Had the two-room suite with our adult daughter. It was like stepping back in time - the charm, quaintness of the cottages. No tv/wifi. Check. Ocean view. Check. Delish breakfast delivered each morning. Check. This place is an absolute gem!! Bonus - location. Surrounded by Gilded Age hotel and buildings with rolling lawn where we had drinks in Adirondacks listening to live music outdoors. Block Island is stunning as well - bluffs, beaches, unspoiled land, ponds. Just a perfect stay!! Andrea, Robin and staff were the best. Huge thank you!!
