We had a great stay!! After reading all the great reviews, our kids were excited to see what “treat” they would get…and Diane did not disappoint! She was also very responsive with any questions we had. 100% would stay there again!!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen—showed how much care and thought went into creating a welcoming space. Our host was incredible: responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They provided great local recommendations and even left a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and sights. Waking up to the view from the balcony each morning felt like a dream. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate. It’s even better than you’re imagining!

This was a last minute reservation and at first we were just happy to find anything to accommodate our extended family close to my son’s URI graduation. However, upon arrival, we found that not only was the beautiful home in an ideal, quiet location, the home was incredibly clean and well appointed with anything and everything we could possibly need. Justin was prompt in answering the few questions we had, and he and his wife took extra steps to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the spacious and sunny deck and (as we opted to dine-in both nights) we found the kitchen, updated appliances and outside grill provided everything we needed. We even decided the first night to play cards, which were provided and easy to find, for a fun night in. If you can reserve this beautiful property, grab it! 10/10 would recommend! Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

We had a great stay here at James’ property. Everything was as advertised and ran smoothly. James was very clear with all instructions and was responsive. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to Newport.

Carol's place in Pawtucket was absolutely wonderful for our family gathering during the Boston Marathon weekend. We had a few kids and several adults, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated having a spacious area for meals and cozy evenings playing board games. Carol has a fantastic selection – our entire family had a blast playing Apples to Apples. The location was also a huge plus for us. It was conveniently close to Hopkinton, making it easy to get dropped off for the Boston Marathon shuttles. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and it turned out to be one of the best family trips we've ever taken. We highly recommend Carol's house for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in the Pawtucket area.

Communication was excellent with Andrea and our stay went very well!! We especially appreciated the Hosts' flexibility with check-in time. The apartment was clean and comfortable with ample parking.

Tara is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful and has great decor. The fenced in yard is awesome, we lived out there! The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. We felt right at home. Be sure to check out her yoga studio if you're in town & like hot yoga!

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

We were so pleased with this place that we plan to go back again next summer. We've been telling our family and friends about our trip to Narragansett.

The perfect getaway/surf trip! Claude is so much more than your average Airbnb host: he is an amazing tour guide, he taught us the town history as well as showed us to the best surf spots nearby that we would’ve never found otherwise. Claude went out of his way to drive us to and from surf spots, and even dropped us off at the train station. Not to mention he made us coffee and muffins in the morning?! A joy to be around, Claude is everything you could want in an Airbnb host and more. I am so grateful to have stumbled soon his beautiful home, although the stay was short, it was so very sweet.

Great option for two couples for a stay in Newport for a wedding. Much cheaper than a hotel and was nice to have our own space! Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom have just been re-done. No microwave and only a mini fridge which was perfect for a two day stay but wanted to point out. There is a Kurig and toaster oven plus a stove and regular oven. Jacks instructions were clear and concise and the deck was a nice touch! There is no parking for the Airbnb except for on the street if you can find it (which was easy in September when we stayed). Excelent location, close to everything and decorated nicely!

Joan was very responsive. The Airbnb was clean, in a safe place, all amenities were available plus extras. It was walkable to Narragansett town. So much to do. Beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was a great trip!

We had a lovely two nights at Jeffrey and Christine's place. We did not want to stay at a hotel and this was the perfect home and location for our travels. The meticulous care and thoughtfulness that went into preparing for guests was very apparent and the addition of a light breakfast and snacks made it feel like we were transported away to a countryside manor home in England... We were lucky to have a nice chat with Christine who filled us in on some local history and Jeffrey's furniture making craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Highly recommend.

Waking up to homemade cinnamon muffins—truly the best we’ve ever had—served with a side of fresh fruit and kindness. It felt like staying with an old friend who just happens to be a phenomenal baker! We were also lucky enough to meet Zane, her sweet and beautiful husky, who added an extra dose of joy to our trip. Her generosity and flexibility made all the difference—allowing us to check in early and check out late so we could fully relax and make the most of our time in Newport. Every thoughtful touch and kind gesture made this stay unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to find availability at this gem, book it immediately. You won’t regret it!

A great place for a long weekend in Newport! Everything was walking distance (Easton’s Beach, the Cliff Walk, Bowen’s Wharf, etc.) and we took the free shuttle down to the Breakers. Mike was very responsive and even let us store our bags after checkout. Would highly recommend for your next trip to Newport!

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!
