We found the most adorable place to stay on Block Island. I loved the charming decor and we all loved the layout and set up of the home. My family really enjoyed the living room. The bed rooms were cute, as was the kitchen. I especially appreciated the little book reading nook with a view of the ocean. The porch and outside areas were peaceful and beautiful with rambling beach roses and other artistic touches. It is also in a great location, next to the lovely Manisses and the zoo. Very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants and beautiful beaches and views.

We had a wonderful stay! Linda was a fantastic host! The in- law suite was just as it was described. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliance and dishes we needed. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. Linda gave us great directions for easy access to ninegrat pond and blue shutter beach. We have family in the area so we are often in need of lodging. I would definitely rent with Linda again. Thanks for being a super host Linda!

There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

Our stay was Wonderful, comfy and cosy, private and quiet. We loved the area too, the location was perfect as it was easy to get to restaurants, beach etc. When we go back to the area for another visit, we will book this wonderful place again!

Great host, great stay!

What a charming place to stay! From the boardwalk to our little private sitting area…outdoor shower and super cute and cozy interior…we felt right at home. My husband and I have been to our fair share of places, and this is definitely top 3. Everything is tastefully decorated and clean. The living room area has two overly comfortable easy chairs. Indoor bathroom is spacious with great water pressure and the bedroom is a great size with nice closet space and a very comfortable bed. In fact, my husband commented how comfy it was as soon as he laid down. France is an amazing, kind woman. We had the pleasure of speaking with her for a bit and got to meet the two pups. She made us feel right at home. She didn’t make us feel like we were intruding and was very accommodating with our work schedule. We both highly recommend this host and stay.

We had a quick 2 night stay at this peaceful country retreat and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is magnificent and the airbnb was even better than described. Subtle hints all around the comfy unit reminded us to relax & breathe — and we did. The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. The linens/towels were soft. Snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine greeted us and we enjoyed both. The owner’s notes were helpful, we stopped by 2 of the suggested restaurants and enjoyed both. Thank you Jennifer Lynn & Mike for making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend you stay here too.

The stay was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were so nice, hosts were extremely friendly. Beautiful property and adorable Airbnb felt very homey and the beds were comfortable.

Matt was a great host, he was friendly, very helpful and this house was exactly what was shown/offered on the listing. Otis his golden was the perfect friend for our golden, Otis is very friendly and even let us let our pup swim in the creek in his backyard. His home was very clean, quiet neighborhood and very close to May different shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Christina and Mark are fantastic hosts and this place exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive to our requests and made our stay perfect. The thought they put into this place is just incredible! Also, it was spotless! We felt so welcomed and we were able to relax at the end of each day after exploring Rhode Island. Thank you again for everything!

We had a lovely time at Jodene’s place once again and hope to return. The place is clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located. The porch is so pleasant, notably in the morning and evening. Highly recommend.

Stayed here to move my daughter into URI. Also happened to be Labor Day weekend so everything else was booked or super expensive. This is my first time staying in a shared space type of AirBnB. I had a great experience. Ellen greeted us at the door even though we arrived pretty late. She gave us all the info we needed. I didn't see her again the rest of the trip and she was super responsive when I texted. I think she stays in the back and uses a different door; so it feeels very much like your in your own space which is nice. The room is very clean and large and has all you need. The bathroom is spotless and had great water pressure in the shower. Mini fridge in the room but you do have access to the kitchen. Good location - there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Had extra towels and pillows. Hope to stay again as I go visit my daughter up there.

We had a fantastic week at Shelagh’s home. Having the beach so close by was such a nice amenity. Shelagh was so friendly and helpful giving us ideas for local spots to visit. We enjoyed a show at the theatre by the sea, that was steps to the house. All in all you won’t be disappointed with booking this Airbnb. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! The location is terrific, quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes drive to Belmont Market and 10 ish minutes walk to Whaler's brewery. The place was well stocked, clean and cozy.

A cozy stay, well furnished, comfortable bed and bathroom, very responsive host with lots of great recommendations and very quickly responsive. Would definitely come back here!

Fran was fantastic. Very friendly. Went out of her way to say hello and to talk with me and my kids. Remembered conversations and revisited later. Like talking to an old acquaintance! Very responsive with any questions asked. Stayed here twice! Would highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Charles‘s place. More than enough room for me, really attractive, and close enough within driving distance to everywhereI needed to be. Charles even filled the tires of a few old cruiser bikes for me to try— one worked, and I really appreciated the opportunity to ride around the neighborhood. The traffic on the main roads however would not be safe for cycling in my opinion. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable at Charles’s place—could relax and make it my own. I enjoyed the very clean, spacious bathroom, and the kitchen with fridge, coffee maker AND coffee (thank you for that!). The only thing I missed was the ability to cook, and air conditioning. Being from Colorado, I had to readjust to the humidity! :-) Thanks for everything Charles….Have a great summer!
